I have to admit, it was a rocky start with the sales person leaving in the middle of and before anything was delivered. But Drew stepped up to make everything right and hasn’t let us down a single time. Highly recommend this service provider.

We have used Unifirst's services for years at our commercial kitchen incubator, Chef Space. We utilize them for chemical, sanitary, and linen services and have always had a great experience. Our driver, Zach Butler, goes above and beyond for our business, checking in on our service, and always helpful and courteous.

We've used Unifirst for a few years now for mats, restroom supplies, microfiber towels, and polo shirts. They have been great to work with and are very responsive to our requests. All of their products have seemed very high quality so far as well. Their people are what really have set them apart, though. Chelsea signed us up and was awesome to work with. She even still checks in regularly to make sure that we're well taken care of. We've had a couple different drivers and both have done a very good job. Also, Niki, our customer service rep, is very responsive and friendly when we've contacted her. We highly recommend them!
