Julie was wonderful in helping us set up our accommodations. She walked me through all of the forms online and processed our reservation over the phone so that our unit was waiting for us when we arrived 🙂 The unit is clean and secure and we moved in with no problem. The whole transaction was great and Julie was super helpful.

I needed to empty my work van immediately because I found a buyer and drove to the nearest storage facility to rent a unit, only to find a sign saying it was closed. I was so disappointed. I took another look at the sign and it gave a phone number to call for assistance. Reluctantly, I called the number and was able to talk to someone right away. What a pleasant experience on the phone. I talked to a woman by the name of Sandy (I think), and was able to rent a unit right away. I had access to the unit immediately without the big hassle I anticipated. The agent was efficient, personable and professional. I must say, she is an asset to this company. It is very rare to get someone on the phone who has all of those great qualities. Calling the number and reaching the person I did to take care of business made my whole week. Couldn't have been any better!

it's very easy to make your reservation online and if you have an issue, call the telephone number to speak with someone directly. I had this experience and was able to speak to a representative to clarify my reservation of a second storage unit. This is unit storage facility on Ridge Road in Claymont Delaware is very nice, easy access and safe and secure

I'm proud to say that your property manager Danielle at property in claymont on ridge Rd is outstanding no other property manager has been willing to help me like she has she helped me save some money and no other manager that has been here has ever done that I giver her an outstanding 5 star rating she is incredible I have never had an employee there suggest options to me to help me save money and now because of her I will be recommending to other friends and family to store here if they need a unit she has been great along with her positive attitude. 100% professional please keep her here thank u

I was in here today and I was asking about a 5x10 unit and Beth behind the counter was so helpful and Nice! I remember being in here a few years ago and I remember the woman just acted like she didn't want anything to do with me being there. But anyways not only was Beth so helpful and courteous but she's a beaut! I will be taking ALL of my business here! THANK YOU BETH YOU WERE OUTSTANDING AMD I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU TAKING THE TIME WITH ME TO GO OVER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS!

Jane is such a lovely person. She guides you through all possible options available and she was really friendly.

Yes the place is on the perfect spot and the best option to choose is a climate controlled storage which is maintained very neat. Only suggestion is that the lighting inside could be improved so that it is easier for people not to carry their own lights. The options for beginning and ending the lease is much simpler as well.

I absolutely continue to love this place and how easy they make doing business here for me. Im a busy person, always on the go, and forget many things because of it. They more than accommodate for me and my difficulties that i constantly have. Ill recommend them to anyone!!!

The manager Jane was amazing. This is my first storage unit and I didn't know what to expect. She was very helpful and informative and made the process very easy. The units are very affordable, good location, and I love how secure it is.

Very easy to setup appointment. I was at fault and made changes to my move-in date twice. Holly was kind enough to call me back and let me know that my unit is still available. Moving anxiety just got busted haha :).
