Jonathan was amazing. He went above and beyond installing a new sump pump. I will definitely use again for any plumbing needs for the house, and request Jonathan as I know he will do a fantastic job and give options on the work that needs to be done. Our hot water heater broke and I was worried we were going to have to wait days to have it repaired. We called Harris Plumbing and Sean Henderson came to our rescue. He assessed the problem, basically we needed a new water heater. He laid out my options and was not pushy at all. He got me a new water heater, removed the old one, and I had hot water in hours. He also stayed to assure everything was in working order before he left. I would definitely recommend Harris Plumbing, especially if all the employees are like Sean! Thank you so much!!

Outstanding in all regards. Harris recently put in an huge new electric furnace and heat pump system. It took them 12 hours, but they stuck with it and finished the job. My house was built in 1804, so you know this was NOT an easy job.The system works great and the installers were 100% poes.

I also had a new faucet, shower head "thing" replaced. It was NOT an easy job either. Again the installer Scott did a beautiful, professional job.

I received an appointment the same day I called, and the tech was able to fix the problem within minutes. He also alerted me to problems with my circuit breaker and the absence of a grounding system in my home (!!) and helped me pick the best solution to make my electrical system safe, while explaining everything to me in a clear manner. I would use Harris again.

This was my first experience with any service offered by Harris. The breaker for my washer kept tripping after filling up with water and the company I've used for many years that I have a service agreement with could not send help for 2 days. Per Google, Harris offered same day service. Joe Mckelvey to the rescue. He explained what he thought was the issue and the fix sounded simple enough. Upon investigation he found my breaker box full of water. A few days prior to this we had a full day of steady rain. When I told him what the other company had done a few years ago to fix the same issue, he explained everything that they left out to fix it properly. He worked with my work schedule and 3 days later everything was fixed which included permits and visits from Delmarva to cut and restore electrical service to my house, something my service agreement company never mentioned. And 2 days later we got a lot of rain. My "simple fix" turned out to be an involved and costly one but thanks to Joe I have now have peace of mind that my breaker box is water free and my family and house are safe.

I just had my heater serviced by Philip Hynson. He was the most polite tech he answered all my questions and even took the time out to show me how to properly use my thermostat. I was so impressed I bought a membership and I will definitely be a repeat customer for my plumbing. Thanks!

i had jonathan come out to fix a leak in my bathroom. he changed my shower system from a 3-handle layout to a single handle. he was very timely and professional. and i couldnt ask for a better finished product, and its warrantied. highly recommend.

Kevis is professional. He worked diligently.He was determined to fix the heater fan. He was able to do it. Then he put it all back together and fixed the fuse as a last function for my heater to work.

I chose harris because from the start they were professional. From Phil the tech to Megan the project manager from the start to Phil the cooling expert all pretty much sold me about this company. Andre Bowers and a couple of other techs did the install. Andre was great. Easy to talk to and explained a lot of the process.

Called on sat to check out my heater .saw on fox new $29.99 sp.tec came out on time. And sevices my heater got it working great.called on sat and they came out on sunday .I will be calling again and I will tell all my friends about Harris thanks again.
