Staybridge Suites Florence - Cincinnati South, an IHG Hotel

Love, love, love it! Their customer service was superb, the beds were awesome❤ free buffet breakfast and free laundry area! My kids stay in the pool all day long, not to mention they had a kitchenette where my wife could still cook us a wonderful meal. book! You won't be disappointed. I will visit again

No complaints about this hotel. Rooms spacious and nice. Beautiful lobby with a nice breakfast. Nice patio to sit out on in warmer months. Close to shopping and hundreds of dining locations. Nice little place to buy snacks and toiletries in lobby. Staff always very nice.

What can I my stay here was wonderful around my birthday weekend and the staff was great want to send a shout out to Wyatt because he was wonderful in customer service. I also chose this hotel because this was one of the few that had EV chargers that were free to charge while you're on site I think that that's a wonderful thing and I want to make note that there are a lot of us Evie drivers out there and we're looking for nice hotels and charging stations thank you staybridge you made my weekend.

Great place to stay - stayed here 5 days/4 nights. Our suite was very roomy, all kitchen appliances, dinnerware, etc, were good quality and operational. Plenty of pillows, towels, and other supplies. Breakfast/common area is very nice, with a better than avg free breakfast. Literally one of the best overall hotel experiences I've had, and would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay here. Comfortable, accessible room with small kitchenette. Clean and well maintained location. Pet friendly. Nice breakfast included. Friendly and attentive staff members. Well insulated rooms.. you don't hear your neighbors. Laundry room, indoor pool, business center, small market, and gym. Outdoor patio with seating and outdoor pet areas. Plenty of parking. It's a great home away from home. Close to shopping, the interstate, and all major attractions. July 2023

The king size bed room is oddly designed for watching TV. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable. The bed was nice. The shower soap was empty. There is no room service on multiple nights stay. The staff at the front desk was nice. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were never good.

We love this place!! Affordable, comes with all your amenities such as stove, fridge, microwave, utensils. Always so clean. They have good, free breakfast and a nice outdoor atmosphere that also provides grilling options.

Clean and quiet. Sometimes there is some airplane noise, but not bad.
Decent breakfast, but nothing exciting.

My colleagues and I have spent hundreds of nights here. We love it for work trips. Clean, quiet, great area, great amenities. Simply the best apartment style hotel I've stayed in. Staff is very accommodating.

This is the best place ever. The staff were so kind, so many amenities, clean rooms. We were there for over a week and it fabulous.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. Staff is amazing! Very clean! They supply the grilling tools for when you want to grill. Love that it includes the laundry for free. Wish you had scrambled eggs and not just hard boiled eggs and an outside pool. The kids get way too loud inside the pool area. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean and well kept building. Great breakfast selection and the beds were soft. They had a fire pit outside and an area to cookout. It's right behind a golf course.

This was a fantastic hotel. Our room was a double bed and it was so spacious. (It even had a small kitchen) The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. They had waffles, bread items, an oatmeal and yogurt bar, and cereal. I would definitely stay here again!

We arrived to excellent and friendly service. The rooms were clean and comfortable with large couch and full kitchen. I was pleased to see this hotel is offering breakfast instead of grab-n-go like so many other hotels. It is well positioned in the middle of anything you could ever want to eat. It is also about halfway between the ARK Experience and the Creation Museum. Close to the airport with minimal plane noise and close to Cincinnati for evening activities.

This was my home for 2 months, the guys/girls in front desk are super nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice and there’s plenty of things to do if you want to have a walk and explore outside. Is very quiet and clean.

Best nights sleep I've had in a while. Beds are amazing, very clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We traveled with our 2 children, one being an infant. They had a blast in the pool. Highly recommend

I loved my stay here. The employees were very nice. The rooms were clean (and comfy), the breakfast bar was delicious, there was no disturbances while we were sleeping, the kitchen was very nice, and I could go on and on about how nice this hotel was. 10/10 would recommend this hotel.

This up to date hotel has new and clean rooms with contemporary style spaces, great service and lots of breakfast food with coffee to go. Will stay here again if in the area.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is centrally located around the Ark encounter and Creation museum. The hotel is also located close to Cincinnati and all it has to offer. I recommend this hotel for all!

Very friendly staff, especially Brittany and Ricky on evening shift. WE didn't interact with Marilyn much as she had just returned from vacation the night before we checked out. The young man on day shift was friendly and helpful too. We didn't realize it was and extended stay hotel until we checked out, which means housekeeping doesn't come daily. However, when we asked for clean towels and to have trash emptied, someone did come and do it;. Pool was open, no reservations needed. Covid protocols were lifted. The hotel was an even distance to THE ARK ENCOUNTER and CREATION MUSEUMS(about 30 minutes max). A lot of restaurants and a
Wal-mart in a reasonable distance. The only "problem" we experienced was that we had requested one handicap accessible room, when I booked it months prior, due to mother in law being in her 80's and me still recovering from knee surgery, and we didn't get one. It would've been helpful as the tub was a high step to get into the shower.
