Aspirus Riverview Hospital

My husband had a choice of hospitals for his appointment with the gastroenterology department, so he chose this hospital because he was hoping to find a doctor who would listen carefully & perhaps be able to help him find some answers regarding an on-going health issue. The doctor he saw did listen carefully & was able to ask questions that helped them to set up tests that were targeted towards my husband's particular issues. That impressed me, as we've been to several appointments at other hospitals & it always seemed to me that the doctors were in a hurry to get to their next patient. We're looking forward to our first scheduled test that might finally give us answers that no other doctor or test has found. When you're in pain, all you want is for someone to be interested in finding answers that leads to relief. I'm encouraged by the concern & professionalism that this doctor showed us.

My husband was recently hospitalized & received excellent care. From the on staff doctors, to all the nurses, CNA's & even the ladies who cleaned his room - everyone was very attentive, compassionate & caring. You all made his time in the hospital not only a very good experience for him, but for me as well. It was a great comfort to know he was being so well taken care of. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us.

I rarely comment about my experiences, but I feel compelled to do so at this time. I recently had a health scare that sent me to the ER at Riverview. Now, this is my first time in an emergency room in my 70 years on this planet. And, I have to say that I have never had that many people care about my welfare in such a pleasant and professional manner. Want to thank Dr. Stubitsch, along with a special shout out to Kelly and crew. It's good to know someone's got your back when you need it most.

My experience with Riverview so far has been great. Granted I only go there for woundcare. But everyone in woundcare is awesome. I am grateful for the team that works with me. They are outstanding 👏

I was born here and have had family work here. The staff is very caring and considerate. When I get surgery I prefer Riverview because it feels a bit like being in a home away from home. They've always had excellent and competent staff. I recommend Riverview to anyone looking for a great hospital.

I was visiting from Florida when I dislocated my shoulder on July 11th. My experience from the time I walked into the emergency room until I left (with shoulder in place) was five stars! The nurses were kind, professional, and attentive, the radiology technician was efficient and considerate, and the doctor was thorough and excellent. They managed to turn a trip to the emergency room into a positive experience and I will remember their great care. Thank you to all of them.

I have needed to visit the ED 3 times in the past couple months for the same issue and each time I was treated with compassion and empathy. My condition is not one that can be solved until surgery in December but they still took all the steps they could to ensure I was being cared for within their abilities. Did I have to wait and be patient at times? Yes. Because I am not the only patient there and the world doesn’t revolve around me. I appreciate what they could do when they could do it.

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the compassion and care my mother received while in the CCU at Riverview. The doctors and nurses are truly heroes for doing what they do everyday under these very stressful circumstances. I don’t think people can truly comprehend the sacrifices they are making both at work and at home to care for our loved ones during this pandemic.

Nurses are very kind and doctors are caring. I've only had a problem with one doctor being slow, but other than that they all been great, I been going here for 9 years and so far never had any problems and was always treated with kindness.

I broke two bones in my lower leg/ankle on the day of the worst snowstorm of the year. It was very scary. The entire staff in the emergency department ,X-ray & lab were professional & comforting at the same time. I would choose them again in a heartbeat

I was out of town when my 87 year old mother fell and broke her wrist on 11/16/18. She received outstanding care. They were very attentive and checked her out thoroughly (making certain it was just her wrist that was fractured). Thank You!

Hurt my knee internally, went to ER. The wait was brief, the personnel were super and caring and professional. Couldn’t ask for better medical care. I was very impressed. I highly recommend.

The staff was very kind and helpful, they made my experience very relaxing and took very good care of me.

The staff and doctors in the outpatient surgery unit are phenomenal!! During a difficult 2020, they still provided exceptional service and were very friendly!
