I was honestly terrified of staying in a hotel with my dog-he's never stayed in a hotel before. From the moment I walked in and saw the small jar of dog treats, I knew this would be a good experience. My dog LOVED it so much-normally, if I get up, he's hot on my heels. He was so comfortable he wouldn't leave the bed-he was convinced he lived here now! He's normally so anxious in new places but even he knew this place was comfortable and safe.
I loved all the colors in the lobby, the soap dispensers in the shower, and how CLEAN everything felt! And the "welcome" sign in the TVs in the rooms. The front desk staff was so friendly. I didn't want to leave in the morning! 5-star hotel for humans and fur family alike!

Very nice hotel. Very modern theme inside and out, clean rooms with real lighting which is a nice touch. Breakfast selection was great, amenities were phenomenal. Staff was very friendly. There are some great restaurants and shopping locations located just a stones throwaway. Easy nearby access to I265/I64. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if my dog wasn't with me. They are very dog friendly. However, I was surprised that they charge an extra $75 fee for your dog.

Checked in at 2am and there were people sitting in their truck off to the side. It made me nervous. I called down to front desk because after 20 mins they were still in their truck. Front desk couldn’t tell me if they had security cameras in the parking lot. And said he was the only one there but “would check it out”. He said he would have to call the cops. I didn’t get a good nights rest because I was worried about all of my belongings in my car. I think security needs to be improved. They don’t ask for you car license plates anymore.

My first stay at Tru Hilton in Louisville was great ! Comfortable beds, great breakfast each morning,and helpful friendly front desk staff, especially John. He was a riot ! Super super nice. Very helpful with recommendations for places to go and eat. Can't wait to come back and stay again. Highly recommend 😊

This is our favorite halfway stop between Kansas and West Virginia. Our dog has always been welcomed! The free breakfast is better than most in this room price range.

My room was unbelievably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the AC and fridge worked perfectly. The staff was friendly.

I do have grievances though - It was a little annoying the room didn’t have a coffee maker. I get you can go down for “fresh” coffee but sometimes a weary traveler just wants to make a cup in their room. The coffee in the lobby was weak and not very hot. My room didn’t have a microwave, which was kind of inconvenient, I was informed I could use the one in the lobby but again, I don’t wanna have to go down to the lobby to heat up my food either especially being on the top floor. Although I get it, sometimes people reheat things like fish, or they make popcorn, and the smell lingers for the next guest but still, not very convenient.

The water pressure was awesome, LOVED the shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Towels were soft.

All in all, this was a very nice hotel, very very clean, which I really appreciate more than anything. It was also quiet! When I come back to Louisville, I will definitely stay here again. And I will be bringing my husband because they have a foosball with a pool table in the lobby.

This is a great hotel, whether you are just passing through or staying several days. It is easy to find and conveniently located just off an Interstate. Lots of free parking.

I would call this a funky hotel, given the fun colours and the furniture. It does not have carpets, but a nice luxury vinyl floor, which is actually healthier and cleaner.

The shower stall is great, as is the water pressure for your shower. A nice touch are the blackout blinds; they really do keep the room dark. And overall the hotel is quiet, which is great for a good night's sleep on their comfortable beds.

We stayed one night for a young bird show at expo center the people that work there awesome very clean rooms we had one issue was taking care very fast the breakfast in morning was very good and it was a very clean environment and very safe love this place will book next yr to only 15 min from airport and expo center I would recommend anytime

The rooms were clean and updated. The hotel was nice - parking lot lit up nicely and the hotel was nice. Coffee ready early - the breakfast choices were excellent each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Lousiville.

Very clean and new feeling hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Refrigerator in room made a ticking noise that was annoying. Breakfast selection and quality was good. Desk clerk at check in was friendly but check out clerk was not. Breakfast staff were not friendly or helpful. All in all would stay there again.

I really enjoyed the fun atmosphere in the lobby. The breakfast was perfect. Lots of great options. Our room was designed perfectly for our needs. I really liked the comfortable chair by my bed and the soap in the bathroom. Thank you!!

This is one of the best places that we've stayed in do far. The breakfast was very good and the rooms and small exercise room was very accommodating. Will definitely stay at this inn again. Highly recommend to my family and friends.

This hotel is amazing. The general Manger and the gentleman that worked at night were both awesome. Clean room and lobby. Breakfast was good every morning. Only negative would be the no microwaves in the rooms, however they do have one in the lobby.

Great stay, service top notch. Brought us extra pillows. Clean breakfast area. Good breakfast, Definitely customer forward. Great stay.
