Michael and Ethan did work on my house, we had a good water leak coming out from behind our shower. They diagnose the problem quick and was able to come out and get it replaced quick. Micheal was great and really helped me understand the problem I was having. During his time here, he made my family feel comfortable while he was here. They went above and beyond while they were here and made sure everything was fixed and working properly. They were very polite, friendly, professional. I highly recommend both of these two if you need any work done on your house. They will leave you in a great place and make sure you are in on what they are doing the whole time. Their communication was perfect. TOM PlUMBER, you guys have two great men working for you.

Our water heater broke the night before and 1-Tom-Plumber was able to come out the next day. We were scheduled for a later time but Ethan called and said he was able to come out earlier, which I was so happy to hear. He was courteous and explained everything to me and gave me his opinion on which option to choose for services. I’m extremely satisfied with this service and will recommend to friends and family.

We had them out a while back for an urgent situation where our tub wasn’t draining, and they were great. So when our toilet was having issues this time we called them again. Junior came out and explained everything really thoroughly, and fixed the issue quickly. We would definite use them again.

Did an amazing job. Very satisfied with the service. Michael did a great. Asked him to run the line one more time with a different head to see if that would solve the problem. He had another job to get to but still said yeah man no problem. It was exactly what it needed.

Michael was so helpful in diagnosing the problem quickly. He gave me multiple estimates as I was uncertain on how I wanted things resolved. So I got multiple solutions at different price points. He also was able to stop the leak which is why I called to begin with. He was an excellent! Thank you!

Discovered a leak in my crawlspace this morning. When I reached out to 1-Tom-Plumber around noon, they had a crew at my house in about an hour. Jon and Michael were great! They were very professional and walked me through a couple repair options. To avoid future leaks, I decided to have them replace all the copper in my crawlspace. They had everything they needed and had me back up an running in a few hours. Thanks!

Michael and Eli came out to take care of a back up that was occurring. They gave us excellent service, timing was perfect, and they also provided information to not only assure us that we were being taken care of thoroughly, because that's the status quo, but they also informed us using their knowledge and backed it up with the evidence too. This aided in creating a sense of security that someone more skilled than you isn't just selling you a service, but they are actually taking the time, care, and attention needed to each and every matter. They walked us through what they were doing step by step, and if plans seemed like they may change, Michael and Eli informed us right away of any un-expectancies that may or may not come about. They continued to confirm that we approved of anything additional needed each service. They are definitely our first choice when in need of plumbing services. You truly cannot find a group of people who care more about what they do in this industry.
