Can style my favorite store in Watertown. Alicia, Caleb and Mark deserve the medal of honor for sure. All three of them are amazing! A great place to shop for tools and accessories on a budget. Most items are good to great quality for the low prices.

This was my first time there. They had a really good selection of tools at a decent price. They weren't name brand so, I'm not sure about the quality on all of them. I found a drill that came with a battery and charger for $60 and works really nicely.

I haven't been to a harbor freight location in years, I walked in this week and was pleasantly surprised with the selection, pricing, and cleanliness. I will definitely be going back and with more frequency.

Was able to return my tool set my mother got for me but they made me put the cash back return on a bank card in order to get my money back.

Very well managed store. The manager was super knowledgeable.

Got some really nice deals in tools and was happy with the service..will be a return customer to purchase more quality lifetime warrantied tools.

Need a tool for a project, I have purchased many tools over the years. The prices are reasonable and quality is enough to get the job done.

Friendly staff and very good deals. The quality of the tools has steadily been getting better, and now you can easily find a solid power tool here, whatever your price range. You'll need the savings too, because it always seems like you find something you didn't plan on getting, but is too good a deal to pass up.
Recently they added the "inside track club". It's $30 a year, but gives you 10% off everything over and above other discounts. So if you buy a single big ticket item it will more than pay for itself. You can sign up in the store at the time of checkout even. Well worth it.

WOW!!! If you're into tools and general hardware, this is your place to shop!!! But, amazingly, it's more than that! They even sell wheelchairs and blood pressure monitors! They also have a website, where you can order just about anything, including hearing aids (go figure)...and all at VERY reasonable (bordering on cheap) prices. The store is clean and we'll stocked with a helpful and friendly staff. Sign up on their website and you get crazy good coupons!

When you’re a company and your power goes out, 99% of the time employees will close the store and that’s the end of it. With half the city without power right now, Harbor freight included, they chose to open their store and allow the community to buy generators when so many of us need them. It was an outstanding thing to do and will not be forgotten by my family. The employees and staff were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable at helping us understand what we needed to do. Thank you harbor freight.
