Absolutely the best electricians in town. Thanks to Steve for fixing my problem. Great company and great customer service. Glad to know that there are still trustworthy and reliable companies! Thank you!

Simply the best! John was able to schedule my appointment in a day and Dayton did a great job installing new 220V outlet and servicing my other electrical needs. Great job!

More great work at another property. Thanks Todd and Kevin.

John was quick to get me an estimate for the work I needed done. It was the most reasonably priced estimate of all of the estimates that I received. He was also very timely with the job. All of the work was done within 3 weeks from me contacting him, which entailed 2 full days of work because of all of the upgrades. They explained everything that they did and answered all of my questions honestly. I am very satisfied with my new outlets in my old home and would highly recommend John and his crew!

Update: Had Echler Electric out again for another home upgrade. They installed a bath fan for me and reconfigured the electric outlets and switches in my bathroom. I am very satisfied with all of the work they’ve done in my home and would still recommend this crew!

I have used Echler Electric in Cincinnati for both my home and my business. We did a full commercial building renovation and they did everything from lighting to security cameras and all commercial electric work. Additionally, they replaced the main panel in my home and installed & wired all our security cameras and added several new light fixtures and switches. If you need a commercial electrician in Cincinnati or any residential electric work I highly recommend Echler Electric.

Great company!

Very responsive, came out quickly and explained in depth what needed to be done and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Even responding to emails over the weekend.

Showed up on time every time and got from quote to completion very quickly. Very friendly and polite.

Quality, thorough work, they even noticed anither hazard and took care of that also. Very clean also, once done I could not even tell they were here.

The cost was great also, they charged less than half what another bid was.

Thank you Echler.

Echler electric did an amazing job. We had quite a bit of work that needed to be done and the price was great. The men were very professional and super friendly. Even when my toddler would try to get in the way, they were very nice to him and never told him to move. We definitely received high quality service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just purchased a home and needed a few outlets put in and other things. John was able to quote me a rough price over the phone and when they came and installed them and the other fixes it was a bit less than what he quoted me. Great guys, answered all my questions and did a super job. I'll be sure to call them again for future work.

I used Matrix Electrical Service back in March of 2013 when we moved in to our House. Unfortunately I have been extremely busy since March and I have forgotten the names of the woman in the office who took my call, and the Electrician who did the work, or I would reference them by name so they could get acknowledged for a job well done. We needed to have the correct plug installed to be able to use our Dryer (I believe it was a 220v we needed.) Though the price was high, at $300 I was still quite happy with the service provided. Matrix was higher than most other Electricians in my area with their pricing, however they were one of the only companies that weren't one guy who lacked any form of customer service, or Curry Electric, which I have dealt with in the past and are horrible. We decided to go with them, and I am happy we did. We were given an exact time the Electrician would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was professional, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned his work space after he was finished, and ensured the new plug/wire looked good where he placed it. In the past I have dealt with Electricians who come in, grumble on the way in, do the work, make a mess, and it looks very unprofessional when they are finished. I was extremely pleased with the service provided and I will be looking to use Matrix again when I need wiring done to finish the rest of my basement.

I had a minor breaker issue with a super old box and John was available promptly, at a time that was convenient for me. He asked questions ahead of time so that he could bring the correct breaker and solve the problem in one trip. I solicited other bids and he was easily the best to work with. Not to mention the most fair. I highly recommend Echler Electric.

I had a great experience with Matrix Electrical back in early 2013, but are these guys now out of business?

I am doing some renovations at my home, and have tried to call the office 15-20 times over the last month or more, and have never gotten through or the voicemail says that it's full.

I'm hoping nothing terrible happened, these folks were great to deal with, and very good at what they do.

My new home needed to be upgraded from a fuse-based electrical panel to a circuit-based panel. This meant that work was needed on a grounding line, service line, the "mast" with which the service line entered, reorganizing of all the in house conductors, installation of panel, moving the panel to be in line with code, and more things that I cant think of right now. Everything that was done was done to a high degree of quality and I couldnt find a corner that was cut. When the grounding line was attached to the city water line (in addition to a grounding rod placed in the yard) the grounding line was connected to both sides of the city water line. This is a mark of quality to me as that meant that even in the rare and brief moments when a metal water line would be disconnected to repair/replace, the house is still grounded; it required more time and material to do this, but it was done all the same, and was not something I requested. When the projects encounter complications, as all projects do, the work was done properly, not quickly. When there were brief gaps in the schedule due to someone needing to find/buy a component or waiting on an inspector to arrive, I was able to ask a tremendous amount of questions/advice that were not in the original scope of the project and not only received complete and thorough responses; such as the difference of an afci and gfci breaker versus receptacle. Another example that comes to mind was when I asked about something that came up on the home owner inspection, an outlet was found to be "Hot/reversed neutral". When I mentioned this, we took a look at the outlet and fixed the problem then and there. Now granted, this took 5-10 minutes from start of conversation to the end of the correction, but it was done. Not only was it done there, but they wrapped the outlet in electrical tape as it was going into an older metal box, something I would not have thought to do; that is another example of going to the extra-mile and doing a quality job -- again, this was all on a short conversation, not related to the project, while we had a few moments of down time. For all the complications the final cost of the project, which was very reasonable compared to others, was the same as the initial quote.

I could not more highly recommend John and the crew at Echler Electric.
