Café Hollander Brookfield Corners

Hands down one of my favorite restaurants. Every time I'm in the area I try to stop at Cafe Hollander for brunch or lunch. They have lots of seating, so I've never had to wait too long for a table. Service is consistently great and the food is always yummy. Highly recommend the berry basil french toast if you're looking for something on the sweeter side. The french fries are also great. I also love the atmosphere of this restaurant, it's super unique and cool. Great to come here in the summer and sit outside as well.

What a nice place. Large beer selection. They also made a lot of cocktails. Good food. This place is three stories and has interesting deco. Visited it in the winter but it looked like it has an outdoor seating area on the roof.

Took the wife out for some early drinks and breakfast. Was seated immediately with water coming out right away as well. Service couldn't have been better. Very patient and nice server who always checked on us if everything was good or if we needed anything. Roughly 9am on a Friday morning. Ordered "The Hot Mess" and a Spicy Blood Mary. I'm more of a beer guy but decided to try something different and glad I did. I loved the Spicy Bloody Mary with the cheese, spicy sausage, & spicy pickle. The drink tasted great. The meal was also very good and fulfilling. Wasn't able to finish the whole thing as I got pretty full but I wish I was able to as it tasted great. Definitely try the place out. Great atmosphere and workers.

I like Cafe Hollander. Been to several of the locations and they are consistently good. Had lunch this time with a friend. Arrived early for lunch, so no issue getting seated right away. Ordered the slider trio and they were hot, juicy and tasty. Would order them again.

We stopped in and sat at the bar for a drink, I liked their unique menu. I decided to have a boozy coffee that consisted of Peanut butter whiskey and raspberry liquor YUM. The only fault is that it went down way too fast and easy, so delicious!

First time and we’ll be back! We love to enjoy a beer flight and they have their version (bier kourier). Excellent flat bread and apps. We really enjoyed the unique dipping sauces. The curry ketchup and garlic aioli ranch are ah-ma-zing! It was hot 🥵 outside but we wanted to experience the upstairs outdoor patio and that was wonderful. Our server (Eric?) was very sweet. We also noticed that the temperature inside wasn’t freezing so we know if we come back and eat inside I won’t be miserably cold like some other establishments in the summer. 🤪

I work close to Brookfield Corners and live farther away and my friends wanted to hang out closer Brookfield.
They weren’t coming out for an awhile after I got off work so I wanted a decent meal beforehand.

I sat at the bar and the bartender was so awesome letting me try different beers.
Since I was a female- by myself, he took my drink behind the bar while I went to the restroom. I didn’t catch his name, but he was awesome!

I ordered the salmon entree, and it was so delicious!
I will definitely be back! 😊

Despite it being a busy Friday we managed to get in rather quickly. The mussels I had were amazing. A great place to visit if you're from out of town

Delicious brunch and good vibes. Got the avocado smorrebrod and the eggs were perfectly poached. Everyone else really enjoyed their meal as well! Love the patio!

Ate here for the first time yesterday and was thrilled! Our server, Brittany, was so kind and gave great service. I really appreciated how she checked with the kitchen and offered suggestions on how I could order a vegan meal. Thank you Brittany!! We will be back :)

Really enjoyed my overall experience here. It's a large restaurant and I have never needed to wait. Food is pretty good although the potatoes were too salty once.

I'm really not sure why we waited so long to go back to Cafe Hollander as it was even better than I had remembered. We had visited the Mequon and Wauwatosa locations before and have never been disappointed. This was our first dinner at their Brookfield location at the Corners. It was a beautiful early Friday evening on July 9th when we stopped by to give this location a try. Cafe Hollander Brookfield, like their other locations, has a modern European gastropub vibe. The restaurant is very big with multiple floors and an AMAZING rooftop outdoor seating area. There were a lot of customers dining but, the place is so big and so well staffed it didn't seem crowded or overly busy. We were greeted and seated promptly and courteously. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Aside from the food, Cafe Hollander has an extensive beer selection with an emphasis on Belgian beers. What was a really nice touch was that each beer I ordered came with a specific glass made for that beer by the brewery - it was cool to drink each beer out of glassware that was designed with the best way to enjoy the beer in mind. We started our meal with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts. This brussel sprout appetizer easily makes it into the top five list of best foods I've had this year - yes, it is that good. The sprouts are crispy fried and seasoned with an amazing combination of parmesan cheese, pickled peppadew peppers and spicy pepitas. If you're stopping at Cafe Hollander, this is a must-order appetizer. For dinner we had the Big Smokey Burger (nice portion size, gooey smoked Gouda - bacon & avocado with a little kick from the jalapeno BBQ sauce - a seriously good burger) & the Bacon Avocado Chicken Wrap (again, a good portion size with great flavor from the blackened garlic ranch aioli) - crispy well seasoned fries with both. Overall, a spectacular venue and drinking / eating experience - we won't wait as long as we did to return and we'll definitely be back to explore more of the beer and food menus. Wish I could give more than 5 stars...

Was my first time here and I couldn't have had a better experience! The food was delicious and there wasn't one thing I would have had differently. Shout out to the cooks, they really know how to prepare and make amazing fresh hot food perfect!

They had a separate gluten free menu, and multiple gluten free beer options. Food, service and atmosphere were all great.

I believe our servers name was Theresa, she was amazing! Great customer service, quick (even though they were busy), and amazing food as always!
