I recently visited the Lover’s Lane KFC, and it exceeded my expectations. The crispy fried chicken was flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked, and the variety of sides complemented the meal wonderfully. Mash potatoes and gravy was delicious. The corn was a little over cooked but some extra seasoning and it was great. Biscuits were soft and fluffy. The service was prompt and friendly, they politely let us know immediately that it would be a 15-20 minute wait for fresh chicken. There were 5 orders ahead of us. We ordered the 12 piece meal and only waited 10-12 minutes. The manager double checked to make sure we had everything, making it a delightful experience. The dining area was clean and well kept. They definitely have turned this place over. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend KFC for anyone craving fried chicken locally. Five stars! (Team working 01/30/24 night shift was awesome)

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DRIVE THUR... FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH

I picked up an order around 9:30 pm last night. I was helped by two young men. Both of them were very pleasant. The food was ready fast! I had an order with lots of substitutions and add ons, and the order was correct when I got home. Just wanted to leave a positive review because I love to see young people take pride in what they do.

Great service, was short handed, but the 2 gentleman was on there job, food was hot, and fresh.

I've been here multiple times. Sometimes the drive thru can take a little bit but majority of the cashier's I've had take my order are so nice and pleasant. Once in a while they are out of things but they try to make up for it which is refreshing.

Rozelle the cashier assisted my elderly mother with her order and he showed her great patience, outstanding hospitality and great customer service. This is our favorite place to eat chicken because of the great quality of the food and in the service. 2 Thumps up for this location.

Great customer service, very quick and friendly. The tables were pretty dirty when we came in, but I think it was right after dinner rush because someone cleaned and swept the dining area while we were eating. Fried chicken and biscuits can get pretty messy!!

I had food at home but did not feel like cookin just finished working and I was really hungry with me hunger is different it has to be some place where I'll get quantity quality food and it has to taste good no matter how hungry I am I'll sit think and cruise around and make a decision and KFC is the place to be the chicken was hot and good and the service was what can I say excellent this is KFC on Lovers Lane and silver spring right off the highway bring the whole family 🙂

Awesome service today! Nice greeting at the speaker in the drive thru & the food was Hot! Employees looked happy & were hustling.

The mangers are very nice and very helpful we need people like this that leads by good Influential example In our neighborhoods and community like them, the store was very organized and clean detailed, I had a very bad experience at the Goodhope and Teutonia location I’d rather driver out my way to come to the silver spring and lovers lane location, thank y’all so much for tour help the food was nice and hot and great! 11/16/2019.

Bought a 20$ fill up meal 12pc chicken tender basket, switched the Cole slaw out for macaroni and cheese which was a 1$ upcharge. When I got home there was no mac and cheese. Called back to speak to a lady manager which I cant remember her name and she was only goin to refund me the mac and cheese if brought back the whole meal...unacceptable. Asked to talked to the GM instead. A man named Darrel came on the phone and he was the most pleasant manager I had ever talked to. He gave me a refund of the mac and cheese and a free large soda. Honestly can't tell you how much of a wonderful experience it was to have a manager like Darrell backing me. I take my hat off to Darrell and will continue to go to the KFC on lovers lane again and again as long as Darrell is still the manager. Give that man raise! The lord knows he deserves it! Haven't been in years but since I came back food was good and biscuits was so fluffy and not hard like other restaurants

After having a bad experience at kfc on Appleton i went to this location an drive thru was very fast the cashier lady was super nice an respectful she made sure everything was hot an fresh she smiled even the cooks was nice i love this location an will return. The cashier even asked if we need extra honey or hot sauce i love it!!

Surprisingly great and fast service. My cashier Xylon made me 100% confident that my order would be fast and correct and to my surprise it was. Great job guys.

Don't really like the drive thru thing much but it went quickly, service was good and food fresh and hot ‼

That place is so much better now. Better staff some great new management. Amy the Assistant is great. The GM as well Vernita is awesome.

Good food. KFC is getting expensive. But the food is always good.

I've been looking for honey BBQ wings and they have it at the location on highway 100 and Silver Spring. I was in heaven☺ Service was great and my order was executed correctly.
