DXL Big + Tall Outlet

I have been in this store twice about a year apart, both times needed something for a funeral. I’m not that big but he searched inventory for me and found something to fit me. Awesome sales person.

Had such a great experience shopping from my husband. The store manager Bill, was amazing. There was no pressure to buy anything. We were not followed around. If we needed an item that was not in stock, he offered to order it and ship for free. He also made a report with my teenagers. With service like that, I am willing to drive 3 hours to shop for my husband!!! THANKS Staff Sgt!!

Absolutely amazing experience. When we walked in we were greeted. We knew exactly what we were looking for and asked for assistance in where to find the appropriate shirts and sizes. The associate was warm and carried on conversations with my husband and I. We felt so welcomed that it didn't even feel like we were shopping. Thank you and we will be returning soon.

Jake has taken care of us the past two visits and he is fabulous. He is very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and made our shopping experience really fun.

My husband and I are from out of town and have a few DXLs near us, but this is hands down our favorite location. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fun, and the selection always seems to be better than what’s near us! We try to come whenever we’re in the area!

My husband and I just met the nicest, best salesman in the Rehoboth Beach store! Went in for a suit and came out with a whole bunch of great looking clothes! You are blessed to have Jacob as an employee. Now he's not only our salesman, he's also a new friend. So refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares assisting you to help find what is right for you! 100 stars!! Will be back!!

First visit, we bought several shirts and pants. Even some long johns. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I even saved over 40.00 by doing their loyalty program.

The salesman was professional and helpful, they didn't have what we came for but we still made a few purchases. We understand that shipping these days is iffy, and know that definitely causes restocking issues. We'll be back because sales service these days is like gold.

Walked into the store looking for a suit. The staff was very cordial and inviting then told me I was too small for the clothes there. They were helpful giving me measurements and recommending other stores. After some great conversation and more laughs we left. If they had my size, they would have me as a dedicated customer, so I’ll do the next best thing…..highly recommend them!

Excellent assist from store manager here in Rehoboth Beach, DE. He is very knowledgeable. Patient with me while figuring out sizes and comfort for pants that I purchased. I think their clothes are a bit pricey, but quality is unquestionably good.
