James Pointe Apartments

This is my second move to an apartment in Jame Pointe. The only problem I have encountered was the self cleaning I had to do to make it comfortable for me.
I have made it my own and my past history has been wonderful, especially dealing with Barbara and the staff.

Barbara had great customer service! I have been touring many places and even with how busy she was (phone calls going, people walking in and out) she was so patient and kind and greeted everyone. I appreciate Barbara’s time and kindness and hope to be a resident soon! 💗🙏🏼

Our stay a James point was short, but Delanee at the front office was very kind and helpful. It felt like she was always looking out for us. The apartment fit our need and we enjoyed it. The pool was closed a lot and appliances maintenance was a struggle. All and all it was what we needed at the time.

We were staying in hotels while searching for a place and Lorinda was not our original leasing specialist she went out of her way to get us in in 3days so we didn’t have to pay another hotel room inbetween. she treated us above and beyond any other one of the leasing agents we were working with she was kind,understanding,and helpful Thankyou Lorinda for taking care of us and making us feel valued as customers!It means more than you know,especially since you were not even our original leasing agent 🙏😊♥

I'm sharing how amazing Mike the supervisor over maintenance. He helped me since day one here at james pointe apartments. Anything I needed done or replaced Mike is on it or his helpers. He runs a good crew. Mike is very professional and very kind. I see mike everyday and that guy is always on the go and is always there to help when anyone whom needs it. I give Mike kudos for all he does for everyone here at james pointe apartments

Delanee, the one who assisted me and my wife during our tour, was so accommodating, energetic and friendly. She is really knowledgeable about the property. We would love to move here but it is a bit far to my work place. Overall experience with our tour guide Delanee was amazing.

I absolutely love Delanee Kirk. She is the very best leasing agent I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Lorinda the leasing specialist is very kind and patient with people and takes very special care of prospective tenants, she show me the apartments homes in a very detailed manner, I’m very pleased with me experience, if you are looking for a place at James point I recommend Lorinda to show the community.

UPDATE; I’ve been here for 5 years now. It’s a great place to live, the management staff are wonderful, especially Barbara. Anytime I have questions she is right there with a quick and helpful response. Any maintenance requests are addressed ASAP.
The only thing I’ve noticed is that the landscape care has gone downhill a bit in the last two years but the important upkeep like snow and leaf removal is still done.
The sprinkler issue I had a few years ago has been addressed and it’s so nice not having it hit my car. I can actually see outside the windshield and windows now.
Truly, this is a great place to rent from.

After living here for two years I honestly only have two complaints and one isn’t even a complaint. My first is that the sprinklers hit my car during the summer and so no matter what I do, I ALWAYS have hard water spots on my windshield and windows making it difficult to see. I am constantly using vinegar to clean them off and it drives me nuts. The other is this facility is so great at keeping the walkways clear during the winter, it’s awesome. I just really wish they used pet friendly rock salt on the pathways because regular rock salt actually hurts dogs paws, especially if it’s not washed off right away after coming inside. This apartment complex has lots of dogs, so it would be awesome if the switch could be made.
Other than that, I have loved living here. It’s quiet, beautiful landscaping, people are friendly, and any maintenance needed gets addressed quickly. I love it here. ❤

Barbara was the best she answered all the questions and helped me out so much I love the new apt everything went so smoothly

I have lived in this community for several years. The office staff, especially Barbara, has been nothing but helpful. Maintenance is always friendly, especially Dan. They are good about getting their work done in a timely manner. The office is great with answering phones and communicating issues, comments, and concerns.

I highly recommend this community as a place to live if you're looking for helpful staff and crew.

We have lived here since November and have loved every minute. The staff really cares to provide a great experience. Only negatives have been other tenants not picking up dog poop, which management has been adamant on implementing. Thank you for helping us create our new home!

I have toured James Pointe Apartments twice now and they have amazing leasing agents ready to help and answer any questions. Delanee has been super helpful to email and text back and forth with. She is very welcoming, fun to talk with, and informative. James Pointe Apartments is located in a convenient place with a calm neighborhood. And their prices are very reasonable!

Lorinda is amazing! She is insightful, professional, and super friendly! If I were looking for a new home she would be the reason I'd pick James Pointe apartments!

These apartments are fantastic. I love the quiet community and very friendly neighborhoods. The main office representatives, specially Barbara, are very nice and welcoming. I moved in with my girlfriend terrified because it's our first official place together but the Barbara really help ease that tension and made the process very smooth with a lot of good communication
