Pizza Hut

We ordered from the new Pizza Hut for the first time this weekend. I placed the order online and picked it up at the restaurant. It was a very smooth experience. We were impressed that the wait time was only 20 minutes, and the food was ready at the designated time. The employees were professional and on top of everything, and the restaurant was incredibly clean.

My only complaint is that the website wouldn't let me create a loyalty account. I kept getting an error message every time I tried, but the message wouldn't tell me what the problem was. I realize this isn't the local store's fault, though.

The new Pizza Hut is up. Our large order was on time and totally correct. That turn is very tight after the window, but I made it. Glad it went up so fast, but will miss the old pre-covid days with the Pizza Hut lunch buffet. Experience at the new Pizza Hut on 8th street was excellent though.

Great food and super friendly staff!

They used doordash to deliver the pizza, which surprised me. Perhaps this was the reason for the almost 5 dollar delivery fee...

Waited 2 hours for our 2 pizzas and bread sticks after someone from the call center cancelled our order and did not know of it. They admitted to cancelling it. Then we had to wait another hour to get our food. Will never order from here again.
