Big shout out to Brandon who was super kind and patient while helping out my >70 y/o Mom today. I got her a new phone and tried to activate it online but couldn’t get it to work. I live across the country and unfortunately she’s not super literate with technology. Brandon was both patient and efficient! He had her all setup in a matter of minutes and she left the store smiling which is quite a feat when technology is involved. Thanks guys!

I came into Verizon after my phone was stolen in Vegas and Anna was absolutely amazing!! I have never received such great customer service!
She assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that she would make sure everything was safe and secure!
She went above and beyond and even followed up a few days later to make sure I was not having any issues. I will never work with anyone else!! Thank you Anna! You are amazing!

Verizon did a great job Tyler was the person who helped us. He did great on going over everything more than once and helping with technology problems we had. Even gave us his personal number in case we needed help got through the process quicker than expected went great with great people working.

Andrew was amazing. He took care of getting me and my family upgraded into new phones. He researched our phone history and applied promos where he could. He was professional and very easy to work with. We have used the Mukwonago Verizon location in the past and it’s always a great experience. The environment is clean, friendly, and positive.

So I just left the Verizon store in Mukwonago Wisconsin and felt compelled to leave this review. I had a huge mess to sort through caused by changing my number and the specialist at this store, Gary, was phenomenal and got this entire mess ironed out in about 10 minutes. I can’t stress enough, if you have an issue with your Verizon account, go to this store!

My fiancé and I recently stopped in to the Verizon store to discuss switching from our previous provider. We met Andrew, and he was incredibly helpful and informative! We ended up leaving with more than we had originally intended on, and still spending less than at our previous provider. Andrew walked through all of Verizon’s plans, perks, etc. and was so wonderful to work with! We were even able to reach out to him directly with any additional questions regarding our new plan and phones. Thank you Andrew for an amazing experience and quality service, we will be staying with Verizon for a very long time!!

Andrew the manager took care of us when we arrived. Very knowledgeable and plenty of experience. Pleasureable time and got us into the right phones. Been over 5 years since we upgraded. Andrew recommended the appropriate accessories and put them on as well as transferring our info from our older phones. Highly recommend the store.

Kevin, Dana, Brandon - best employees I’ve come across in a long time for Verizon. Super chill, down to earth and understood what I needed help with they answered it perfectly!!

My husband and I switched carriers to Verizon. The Mukwonago location was professional, kind and handled everything perfectly. We felt cared for and we’re so thankful we were able to get out of a difficult situation from our previous carrier and into a new carrier that makes things possible for their clients. Verizon has been great with communication and Kevin was a great help! He was kind and honest which was nice. Coming from T-Mobil, we were lied to so knowing exactly what we could do and how much our payments would be at Verizon was so nice. This location is awesome and you’re guaranteed great help! The employees go above and beyond to ensure a good experience. We will definitely be sticking to the Mukwonago Verizon.

We recently stopped in to this Verizon store to add a new line and get my boyfriend a new phone. We worked with Ethan and he was able to recommend a phone for my boyfriend, transfer the data and put the liquid screen protector on. We were in and out with a new phone in less than 30 minutes. I also had been here before with technical problems regarding a phone I had ordered online and they were so helpful in getting it fixed. Would definitely recommend this store- they are professional, helpful and know what they’re doing!

First let me say, I am not good with technology and get frustrated easily when I can’t figure things out. Andrew was so good at explaining things to me and very patient. Even once I left the store and had questions all I had to do was give him a call and he walked me thru what I needed to know/do.

If you want great customer service go to the Verizon store in Mukwonago and ask for Andrew. He’s the best!!!

I recently got a phone that I’ve been wanting for for a while the Asus ROG phone 7 ultimate. This phone when we went to activate it was not in Verizon’s system, and Andrew is still actively bending down backwards to help me get my phone activated. Thank you Andrew.

I have to give a quick shout out to Jimmy for helping my mom choose and set up her new phone last week and took care of me to upgrade my phone this week! Jimmy was very knowledgeable, genuinely kind and patient, went over all the options with both my mom and me, and was just a good, down-to-earth guy to boot. He's a sharp dresser, but he keeps it real. Both my mom and I had an easy, stress-free experience and would recommend that Verizon in Mukwonago, but ASK FOR JIMMY. He listens to what you want and shows you the options that meet your needs. Thank you Jimmy for making it such an easy experience! We appreciate you.

Robert S helped my family get onto a much better plan that what we had currently. We were told that we couldn’t change our plan at another store but we came in here and he was so courteous and patient. Even though we weren’t buying anything and just needed to fix our service. He thought of every possible route that could potentially help us and made sure that we understood everything. I ended up going back the next day to finish the setup and I bought mount for my phone from him so that he at least made something from us.

Highly recommend this store and Robert S! I’m sure the other associates are great too, but we worked directly with Robert.

I have been into this store a couple times in the last few months. Both times, they really made the experience super nice. I can't say that of any other phone store I've been to. Both times the reps were very knowledgeable and patient. They knew the best deals for what my family needed and they didn't waste any time. This last time I was in, Aaron went above and beyond to help me solve my phone issue. I really appreciate it!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Had a somewhat confusing situation to where I needed to add some extra lines, Xavier was patient, professional, and kind. I would recommend this store to everyone. I drive a bit further just to come to this location because of how helpful they have been. Jimmy was also amazing and more than accommodating, his knowledge was vast ans assistance was incredible.

I came in to switch from AT&T and they helped me with absolutely everything and made it so easy for me and they were sooo helpful and made my set up so easy for my we appreciate all of Tyler’s help so much

Dan O was super helpful in getting my phone upgraded and reducing the cost of our plan while adding a warranty. My cost came out about even. He also helped me to reduce my monthly bill with auto-pay. He was very profession and the store was clean. Service was quick too.
