Great pretzels and service. However, you may want to call and verify they are open. I went yesterday for their Tuesday $1 special, only to find them closed during regular business hours. No reason posted, but they did have a help wanted sign.

Love this place, don't forget to see what the special is on Tuesday's they have 1$ pretzels :)

Employees unfriendly and take too long to get orders when there's a line you stand forever

Very possibly the worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke but after 3 bad experiences, I'm calling this one for what it is. I prefer my pretzels fresh and am more than willing to wait the 10 minutes that it takes to cook because I'm not too keen on having a dried out pretzel that's been under the heat lamps for 30 or 40 minutes. In any case, the lady who runs the place or is the franchisee is always nasty about me requesting a fresh one and is forever telling me that her pretzels are never more than 10-15 minutes old at any given time. This location just plain sucks and I'll take my money elsewhere!

Worst service ever i am never going there again

Looking like it's falling apart while doing a extremely bad job at hiding it. It's no wonder you have a better chance at seeing road kill then one of these "things"
