Daniel P. Duffy, MD

Because, Dr Duffy always listens & takes the time to answer questions or concerns, I feel so at ease when I am at his practice. He is so professional. He cares about his patients & it shows--- I love that he has Medical Interns working there. I think Dr Duffy would be the perfect "mentor" to help these interns on their path to become doctors. Dr Duffy is always so busy & some days backed up with patients. I think that it is a big help to have an Intern on hand to help with the screening of patients. It alleviates him from that task & gives the interns "one on one" with actual patients. It seems like a win/win situation!

Dr. Duffy has an honest caring way of treating patients. While many doctors seem to be more interested in volume over quality, Dr. Duffy is the reverse. I always feel like he has given me the time I need. That may be perception, but that is my experience.

Dr Duffy is a very kind, understanding person. He spent time explaining to me things about my medication, and issues I have. He went over the options I would have for my pain. I would recommend him to others. BUT his checkin nurse is horrible, very rude, non caring.

Dr. Duffy has been my primary for 30 plus years. Always a great diagnostition who points me in the right direction if my concern is outside of his area of expertise . More often than not he is all the Doctor I need.

I was a patient of Dr. Dan for 12 years, would still be his patient, had I not moved away....Great doctor, and a great person, butted heads with him a few times, but their was never a doubt that his primary concern was for his patients...I miss Dr Duffy, as a friend and Primary care provider. He does his own case History with patients, and remembers for years, things that you discuss with him. He REALLY cares...And he's a good Irish Family man !

Always considerate, helpful, and always listens to voiced concerns. As a newer patient, it is clear to me that he does his due diligence before every appointment. Although I’ve only been coming to Dr Duffy for a few years but I am pleased to have chosen him as my PCP.

Dr. Duffy has been my physician since I began teaching in this community 31 years ago. I am grateful for the compassionate and thorough care Dr. Duffy has given me in each of my appointments. He listens and truly considers all areas of my wellness when providing care during these visits. I feel fortunate to have a physician that I trust greatly and who sees me as a human being, rather than just another patient in his day.

Dr. Duffy is awesome. He knows what he's doing and can do it quick without a hassle. He teaches student doctors and has won awards for it. All the students I've met have been really polite and interested in learning. They are very thorough and make it easier on the busy doctor by getting all the information he needs. If he can't solve a problem he recommends the best specialists around. The nurses are great too. Ryan takes blood so quick and painless that even someone who is terrified of needles can handle it. The worst part of her taking blood is the band around the arm. Lol. The receptionists are super sweet and get things done quick. Sue and Angela rock!! If you need something done, Dr. Duffy and his staff will get it done!!

Finally! A physician that truly and I mean truly listens and understands anxiety and depression. I

Dr. Duffy has seen me through some dark time. He has always been respectful and knowledgeable. He detected a life threatening problem with me and directed me to the right surgeons to fix it.

Dr. Duffy has been an incredible partner in my healthcare over the course of 20 years. Always tells it like it is, and couples the tough feedback with course correction options.

I'm amazed at a few of these reviews. I have seen a few primary doctors since moving to Wisconsin in 2000. My first was great but he passed due an unexpected illness at a fairly young age. My second was good too but the practice was simply too busy so I sought another that was more conducive to my work load. I saw Dr Duffy for an eval a local surgeon ordered, it was a psych eval. I impressed and a few months later I saw him as my new Primary. Dr Duffy is very easy to talk to, no B.S, no fluff just good medical care. All the current treatments with a hometown family doctor feel. I think too many people are offended from truth in a doctor patient relationship.

There is nothing more important in life than family and health and solid medical care plays a vital role with both.

Dr. Duffy took the time to review my most recent medical records and explain a path for me to take to maintain my health. He made the explanation understandable for me.
