Bessie's Diner

Loved it! This was my first time going and I was so impressed. Our waitress was so polite and helpful. We had the bisquits and gravy, pancakes, hashbrowns, bacon and doughnuts and it was all so delicious. Great view while dining just watching the planes take off and land. I will for sure be going back.

First ever visit to Bessie's. The wait is worth it. Enjoyed the iced coffee flight along with the Belgian Waffle, with Berries and Cream.
We chose to sit at the bar. Enjoyed watching planes fly in and out. Beautiful day for this yummy experience.

One of my favorite fly-in restaurants in the Midwest, with great food and a friendly atmosphere. Young kids will love the pedal plane they can ride around. The grown up’s might prefer a beverage from the bar (not the pilots, of course).

Very cool restaurant located right off the runway. We attended fly-in and drive-in pancake breakfast. It was fun and well organized. All the volunteers and employees were friendly. I would like to come back and try their full menu.

We went for Mothers Day Buffet and it was great! We had to wait an hour but it was well worth it. All staff were amazing. Food great. The little planes flying in and out made the time go by faster. Will go again next year!

Saw a posting on Facebook and looked interesting. We were driving to Door County and made this the first stop for breakfast. Delicious food, fun to see the planes from the window, like what used to be possible before 9/11.

Fun atmosphere. We were entertained watching a plane take off while sipping on one of the drinks from the coffee flight. I can't wait to go back and try the Mimosa flight. I had the breakfast burrito and was not disappointed. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I'm super excited to try the french toast on my next visit.

Fantastic experience. We flew in early and dropped some passengers off. Was looking for some breakfast and FBO said there was a diner on the ramp. We didn't know what to expect but walked over. Was blown away. Clean, great atmosphere. Loved the planes hanging up everywhere. Service was fantastic and the food had large portions and tasted great. If we ever fly in again I definitely plan on stopping by.

What a fun place to experience small magical moments! This diner tucked away just between Janesville and Beloit offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience with top notch food, service, and experiences.

The pretzel bites were possibly the best I've ever had with a beer cheese sauce that was to die for. The main meals were equally delicious and we loved watching small planes take off throughout our meal. Despite being busy the food was prompt, hot, and without flaws.

Definitely add this place to you WI bucketlist!

This dinner was perfect. The food was outstanding, the Biscuits and Gravy w/ the Two Eggs, and the Chocolate Waffles. The service was a little slow, but it was busy. The atmosphere was crowded but very freindly!

Great for breakfast with the kids! Fun location with a unique atmosphere. It is very spacious and kid friendly with plenty of views of planes landing and taking off. Great service with good food at a decent price! They have a great selection of mimosa’s and bloody mary’s too!

Always a great experience! One of our favorite places for brunch. Kids love to get to watch the plans land and take off and the food and service is always 👌 exceptional. Had to go with the egg Benedict with a side of sausage gravy / biscuits - make sure to get extra toast for all the hollandaise sauce hah

We flew from Brookfield to Janesville airport to eat breakfast at Bessie's, very good atmosphere, very busy airport.

Fantastic restaurant with amazing views and a wonderful menu. The prices are great. Mimosa flight was fun to try. The vegetables in the omelet and avocado Benny were delicious and fresh. If you’re from the area and haven’t tried this place yet, go!

I had a great 1st experience with my daughter today.
The food was good.
The waitress was attentive and friendly.
The atmosphere was awesome. There is a great view to compliment your breakfast or lunch.

The food was fantastic. For a family of four, we did have the donuts add for $7.95 it was $74.00 without tip. So expect to pay a little more.

This a great little airport restaurant. If you are flying in a general aviation airplane, you can park your plane right outside! Food was good and fast friendly service. I recommend the eggs benny!!

Jodi was an amazing server today. Very attentive and personable. She knew the menu well and made sure my coffee cup runneth over. The waffle was light and had a hint of vanilla. As you can see. I crushed it. Thanks Jodi for the special attention you gave my Mom.
