Weitkamp Park

Haven't been here for years. It's completely re-done. Brand new, super cool equipment. We all loved it! Something for all ages. I was there with my grandchildren....ages 8, 5 and almost 3. It's our new favorite park! Plus, for grown ups...no sand or wood chips to mess up your car!

Have appreciated this park for family grad parties! Clean shelter, spacious, lovely grounds in beautiful Hudson, WI. Intentional reservation process required to book this busy shelter & attached mini kitchen.

Super awesome park! Safe! Lots of shade. Ramp options(perfect for my runner) a AWESOME swing that I can swing with. My favorite park I've been to!

This is really a great place to have an outdoor gathering. We went twice within two weeks for sports end-of-season parties. They have electricity, a great pavilion, and plenty of room to play a pick up game in the grass. Quiet and clean!

Beautiful park with excellent playground, bathrooms and walking trails. Kids really like the area and have no sand or wood chips. The equipment seems to be in good shape. Good place for a picnic too!

Very clean beautiful park. The playground is fairly new and a lot of fun for the kids. Even lighting to play at dusk.

Nicely cared for park with pavilion and playground. The pavilion has a kitchen area. The bathrooms were decent for a public park.

This is a great park for younger children and families. The playground area has a rubberized ground covering. Indoor bathrooms and pavilion areas. Many picnic tables. We have had several family gatherings here.

Lovely playground with a soft, spongy composition surface. There's covered picnic tables, some shade trees and nice bathrooms. I highly recommend for all kids, even younger ones. Our 3 and 8 year old grandkids LOVED IT!

Perfect park, awesome playground for kids of all ages, two pavilions and other areas where the trees offer shade on hot days. Not too crowded to allow for social distancing. Men and women bathrooms. Lots of garbage cans. Wish more recycling cans though.

Great covers pavilion for our family reunion! Attached onsite restrooms. Ample parking, steps from pavilion.
Kitchenette.
Mature trees. Plenty of space for bean bag toss etc.

Nice place for families, individuals, puppy dogs on leashes, etc.

Today I noticed how nice it was to stop at a park where I KNEW the bathrooms would not only be clean and functional but stocked properly with paper supplies. The stainless steel sinks and other fixtures have held up well through the years. Yippie. No graffiti or vandelism on the walls or equipment. I heard one young mother with 2 small children talking to her significant other on her cell saying they still had some distance to drive yet but stopped so the kids could stretch and run around. She mentioned that Weitkamp Park was the PERFECT place for their rest stop. She sounded relieved and rested herself. Living in Hudson, I feel proud to call this "my neighborhood park". I'm happy that even people who don't live in the area are able to enjoy and benefit from this place. Thank you to whomever maintains this park and a forever thank you to the Weitkamp Family.

What a great park they have plenty of seats for parents to sit. Lots of equipment for the kiddos. I think this park is a probably appropriate through age 8 or 9.

Awesome sledding hill in Hudson for the Winter. Just watch out for the bottom of the hill! If you have a half decent sled, you will slide right into the parking lot if you are not careful. Loads of fun!

Tons of new fun equipment for kids to play on, even works for big uncles too.

Great Park! The playground is designed for younger kids and very well maintained!! Everything, pavilion s, restrooms and playground are newer and very well maintained!
