Sure I waited on hold for 20 minutes but it saved me hundreds of dollars. good service means customers are coming back so I don't mind the wait, when it was my turn it certainly paid off! I bought something on ebay and opted out for the shipping, decided to get it myself and save the $100+ shipping fee ( yikes ). I honestly did not know what to expect due to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews they had. So i took the 2 hour trip and when i arrived was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk employee. He greeted us and let us know where to go. When I got to the receiving building i was once again greeted by an employee washing auto parts. It took them 20 minutes or so to bring out my order and release it to me. The guy even helped me load it up and when i was just about to drive away one guy chased us down and gave me my I.D that had fallen out. Great experience, great staff. Thanks for everything guys!
