I was very apprehensive for my appointment after looking at all of the Google reviews. My experience was NOT like I read here on google. I had a wonderful experience at this doctors office. It was a breath of fresh air. The front desk personnel were quick and kind. I did wait a bit to see the doctor but she spent so much time with me once I saw her. I have tears of relief because I felt heard for the first time in a long time at a doctors office. I am so happy to have Dr. Qureshi as my new primary care doctor 🙏🏼

Been coming to this ofc for quite awhile. Dr Qureshi is quite knowledgeable and makes eye contact. A lot of Dr's look at you and look away while talking to you. She maintains her personable attitude and gives you time to discuss your medical concerns. Giving her a A+
The front desk and Nurse Nicole are exceptional 👏

I have been with Christiana Care for 30+ years .. had one doctor for 20 yrs., then another for 10.. recently a new one .. I had my first appointment with her and it was just OK. Maybe I was a little thrown off by the way she came… in after being 40 minutes late she walked the door and says “what are you here for”? I guess I’ve just never been asked like that before .. like it’s in my records, right? A few other things were off also .. I guess I’m just used to my older doctors… younger doctors not as personable:(

We are a family of 3 and have been patients here since 2000. Every since Dr. Smith passed away, the office has gone downhill. Jackie, the LNP, is fabulous but having to wait on hold for 35-45 minutes to make an appointment or leave a message for Jackie is totally unacceptable. The front desk staff has forgotten to give Jackie paperwork letting her know she had a patient waiting, lost disability paperwork that was faxed in for Jackie to complete, etc. Front desk staff is totally inept and has finally driven the entire family to another practice.

Nice doctors, the two I've seen so far, and some nice nurses and front desk staff if you're lucky. Yesterday, everyone seemed nice and put me at ease. Today, the nurse at the front desk didn't even bother to look up at me when I stood waiting in front of her for a few minutes in silence, then finally asked 'May I help you?', without once looking up at me. When I told her I had received a call that morning asking me to come in for lab work, she argued with me a little about it, before actually looking my name up and seeing the info for that on her computer. She told me to take a seat, and when I politely said thank you, she just went 'mmm hmmm' without looking at me. Kind of rude and dismissive, and made me feel I was bothering her. Usually people at a medical clinic aren't feeling well, and a little kindness would be greatly appreciated.

Almost forgot... after I sat down to wait, two men walked in together, one older and one younger. The older man sat down, and the younger man went up to the desk window. The same receptionist quickly told him one minute and closed the glass in his face, which seemed to anger him, and he turned around to complain about it to the older man, saying that she could've at least taken his name and said something along the lines of 'what's wrong with the people here?'. Seems I'm not the only one put off by this lady's attitude towards patients.

I've been on hold for an hour now. First I was on hold for 40 minutes trying to talk to a general representative then I hung up to call the specific medication line, still on hold. It's an emergency with my medications, someone cancelled my antidepressants without being consulted by my therapist and without telling me. I now have absolutely none left and nobody is answering to freaking help me. I am absolutely disgusted with this.

The receptionists and nurse techs were absolutely proffessional and punctual. My issue is with Dr. RABIA Qureshi. Appointment was at 9am but she couldn't see me until after 9:20.. this was my fist appointment with her, aka first impression. If everyone in the building including the clients need to be on time, doctors should follow the same standard. Will not be going back.

I called and explained my symptoms to the care staff that makes the appointments… and an older woman by the name of Jackie/Julie/ or something like that scheduled me for a regular app.
I’m not sure why especially when the symptoms I was experiencing were everything but regular. But I didn’t become aware of this until I called back to request an earlier appointment because my symptoms got worse. (Also because I was baffled that with the symptoms I was experiencing my appointment was scheduled so far out). And if I didn’t call back and reexplain my symptoms to Brianna (I hope I spelled her name right) then I probably wouldn’t have gotten the care I needed when I needed. Please do a better job in educating your staff on the urgency of scheduling based on symptoms. Because why Brianna sensed the urgency and Jackie didn’t- goes way above my head.

I have been on the phone waiting for almost 2 hours to speak with someone. This has also happened in the past. No one ever answers the phone. Today I selected the option to speak with someone because I need information about my last week’s visit. When I was in the office last week, the office staff was up front looking at their phones talking about movies and videos the whole time I was in the waiting room. This is extremely frustrating. I don’t understand why the phones are not answered.

What is happening with the Christiana in new castle Delaware? I can't get a primary care physician cause everyone is leaving, I can't go to another Christiana cause I'm a patient at new castle, and the people I end up seeing are rushing me out without listening to what's going on with my health. I loved my primary care physician Julia Turner, but she left and it's been incredibly horrible ever since! This is not ok, the front desk women are miserable and rude, the nurses keep saying everyone is leaving, what the heck is going on????

I have been on hold for over an hour trying to reach this office. I’m thinking they may want to upgrade their phone system to one of the type that you leave your phone number and someone will call you back when they have the free time. They don’t call me when they wish to notify me, they send a text message. The text messages cannot be replied to. The only way to reach them is to call them and wait forever for someone to answer. I even Googled the location thinking maybe they closed for the day as I call at 3:25pm. It’s now 4:38pm. Google says they are open until 7pm tonight. I’m afraid to hang up and loose my place in the queue. I’m thinking this might not be the best place to use for primary care services for my mother. It still January and they can’t give her an appointment until May… how sad!!!

If I could give a negative 1 I would. For weeks we have called number..long wait and then we are hung up on. "Someone will be with you or "we value your call"..baloney..I want to say another word but im holding back!Prescriptions are needed and I had to drive to the office with my disabled spouse..the receptionist let me stand while she finished typing I was the only one standing there. Then seemed sceptical that i tried to call..then told me Pharmacy called them ..my script was at pharmacy...Trip to pharmacy. No script pharm told Dr offic e it was too soon. That is not what the front office said to my face. I am beyond angry. This is after weeks of no phone answered lo ng wait in lines at pharhrm only to be told script was not at pharm. Beyond frustrated!

They had a really good and caring doctor who just left. The other doctors are not cooperative or care about your health. When you ask questions the become very dismissive and argumentative as if you are questioning their authority.

They don't listen or help you understand you health. They ask inappropriate questions and talk down to you.

When asked to do a simple blood test the lied and told me they couldn't.

I would stay away from them.

This office is the worst. Ever time I need a referral, it is never completely. I have to call the office ever time. What is your referral line for if you never complete the referral? Why does it take a phone call your office to complete a referral? This is not good customer service.
