Always great to work with Golden West Credit Union. I worked with Roselyn for an auto loan and she was absolutely wonderful- she got back to me within an hour everytime I contacted her and walked me through the whole process. GWCU had some of the best rates and offer excellent GAP insurance. Would highly recommend.

There is a reason why my family gets all of our car loans from GWCU. The amazing customer support, accuracy and integrity of those we work with keeps us coming back. Don’t always care about the interest rate when the support and service trumps a better interest rate somewhere else.

I’m 26 years old and I’ve been a member of this credit union for over a decade. I’ve tried other credit unions during the many moves I’ve undertaken as an adult with a sense of wanderlust, but no other CU has been as responsive, accessible, personal, or as pleasant as Golden West. Goldenwest opened my first account, then multiple car loans and credit increases later, after heavy use of the comprehensive mobile app, I bet it’ll be my last. Very happy to see a physical location in Salt Lake City so I can take a quick drive to open an IRA (though I’ve gladly driven forty minutes before).

My Loan Officer was very patient working through the details and we found a solution that fits perfectly.
