I had an emergency need and they fit me in even though they were really busy. My tire wasn't repairable so they replaced it with a comparable used one to hold me over until I can replace the set -while I waited. Fast, friendly, and very reasonable rates!

The staff at River Falls Tire always show great courtesy, but more importantly, have always done good work on all our vehicles. If there is no problem with our cars when checked they haven't charged us. They have never come up with fake repairs to make more money. We have always found them to be honest and hard working! I am a college student and have brought my car here multiple times for an electrical problem no one could figure out. This place was so awesome and had my car fixed quickly and was very affordable. They didn’t stop until the issue was fixed and even called back to make sure it was still running good. Will definitely use this place if I have anymore issues!

I came to town with little for brakes. (They went out just outside of town) I left with new lines and made it home safe. Work was completed on the timeline they said they would. Price was just under their quote. Very Happy with their service!

We've had good experiences here this winter, especially needing emergency tires. I felt comfortable that I wasn't being upsold, and I was treated with respect being someone who knows little to nothing about vehicles. Helpful, quick, and reliable service!

I had a slow tire leak due to a nail puncture. The tire was not able to be patched due to the location of the puncture so the great team at River Falls Tire installed a good used tire so I could still drive the car while they ordered a new replacement. They had the new tire installed in less than 2 business days. Excellent service!

Second time they bailed me out of car trouble issues, they've done a break job & full battery diagnostics, both times my vehicle was ready as promised, the bill was as quoted and the front desk person was pleasant & helpful...next time my vehicle needs work, I'll schedule with them and I do suggest scheduling at least 1-2 days in advance when possible as they're not open weekends and there's limited area garages in a college town & the county.

They were very nice people, but the price seemed a bit steep. When i brought up the fact that i usually pay half that price they didn't give me an explanation.

I have been going to River Falls Tire since I moved to the area 8 years ago. I have been treated fairly, honestly, and the guys all know my name. I know there are other good and honest places to take my car, but I wouldn't want to leave River Falls Tire now. Sorry to those who had a bad experience...I hope they are being honest in their reviews, but I haven't seen anything like that when I go.

My breaks were almost completely out and they were able to schedule my vehicle for the next day...courtesy ride back home & pickup when work on my vehicle was finished...finished on time...bill was for amount quoted & charges reasonable...vehicle delivered clean...friendly staff...acceptable hours of ooeration...convenient location on North Main Street...I'll use them again for auto repair needs.

ALWAYS great service! They are glad to check the air in my tires whenever I have a tire light on. They have great service as well. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it and checked it after 100 miles as part of the service.
