This store is our favorite. They have toys that kids love and you can build and think with. My kids are obsessed, come in with a limit and get out with way more because parents are kids too. So I buy things for myself too. Haha

This store has the neatest trinkets and toys! It’s so nice having SC Toys in our community. Outstanding knowledgeable staff and clean environment.
Fozzis foam Bath wash is a hit along with the zoom balloons we got the kids for Christmas!

What a local gem! I love buying awesome kid and baby gifts here. Unique toys that perpetuate and enhance learning! We are so lucky to have this awesome store in Hastings. It is worth the drive to check out! Barb, the owner, is so incredibly helpful! She can point you in the right direction for the perfect gift. I love shopping here for personal service and awesome quality toys, games and books! I can't wait to shop for my new granddaughter who will arrive soon, too!

Awesome selection. Reasonable prices. Fantastic service. This is one of the best places to buy high quality toys that you know are going to last at an affordable budget. I come here any time I need a child's toy for an occasion but they do have some pretty cool things for adults too. I guess it's just all around fun for all ages.

Our family LOVES this store. We've been there a handful of times and they always remember my kiddo and make great recommendations for new things based on what they already know he has been interested in. They are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and are always willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for(and a few things you didn't know you were looking for too). Great selection of STEM projects and toys too which are my son's favorite.

Great place to find stuff for all ages and great prices the employees were so helpful 😀 highly recommended stopping in and checking it out.

This store is so cute. The lady that has been in the couple of times I’ve stopped in is possibly the cutest and sweetest little thing ever. I’m in my twenties- I don’t have any kids- but I love stopping here. Everything is priced well, there are toys and fidgets for all ages. ♥

LOVED the staff and the owner. I also loved their cat, Slinky. They were super sweet and spent a lot of time showing us the toys and allowing us to try them before purchasing. They had a great selectuon, Target and big chain stores don't even compair. Our oldest had sensory issues and this was just a great experience. I can't wait this store high enough. We spent over an hour in here and very well priced!

We absolutely love this store. Have been shopping for all 4 of our granddaughters. The oldest is 16, youngest 16 months. Barbara is great and always has helpful suggestions. My granddaughters love shopping here. It is their reward for good behavior.

It’s like having your own personal shopper... they greet you, ask you the ages of the kids your shopping for, and give you recommendations and explain how the toy works... I got more shopping done here in less time than the alternative of having to search online and read reviews. Love this place!

This store is nothing less than amazing! Its old fashioned yet has many of the new fangled toys...less the electronics..which I like. Quality toys, colorful and non-toxic. Barb is always fun to see and visit with and the black cat that lives in the store.
I go down to Austin Texas to see my two little grandsons, and always try to make a stop at Second Childhood before I leave to pick up a couple of things for the boys. They've always like the things I bring. ...
Which is where Im headed right now...if you haven"t been to Second Childhood...treat yourself...its fun! And she has several of the vintage toys I used to have as a kid...not for sale just for show...very cool.

The selection of high quality competitively priced toys, etc. in this shop is amazing. I just wish I had more occasions to buy gifts. 😉
