Great people who are very helpful, didn't have the wipers I needed in store so they ordered then got then in quickly and called to let me know

I recommend this location to anyone in the area or even outside of the area they service was so damn good actually an employee and customer there helped fix the problem that was wrong with my car in a time of need basically offered his service for free I can't express how grateful and appreciative I am It's actually a blessing to see people like that still exist even though he offered his service he was so professional and nice that I still paid the gentleman thank you brother

I had a great experience at this AutoZone! My battery was not working well, so a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member went through the whole process of testing, selling me a replacement, and installing the new battery within 30 minutes or so. She did so in the freezing cold while answering my many questions happily. I didn't get her name, but she was working at ~6pm on 2/4/2021. She was outstanding!!

WOW !!!!, the staff was outstanding, especially the manager. My wife and I experienced a dead battery in our Honda Pilot. First and foremost she wanted us comfortable and out of the heat. The battery was difficult to access and change. She then called, AA Auto Technicians, Inc. who walked over with tools, removed the battery, installed a new battery from AutoZone. A quick check of the battery and alternator and we were on our way. Their values carried through from the moment we walked through the door. They cared about our situation and wanted to do whatever it took to get the job done. Thank you!

I went into the store because I needed some nails, or something to hold the front bumper of my car together because it was improperly installed. Right when I walked in I was greeted so kindly by Jackson. She came out right away and looked under my car to inspect my problem. She seen that my bumper was dragging and it was indeed improperly installed. She let me know that I didn’t need to buy anymore nails because the ones I had on my car were still in good condition they just weren’t properly done or put on right. She was so patient and kind with me. We talked, we laughed. As a women going into a auto store I wasn’t expecting to be greeted by another women. Let alone be taking care of in such a good and respectful way. I felt really comfortable with her. She knew exactly what she was doing, and asked for my approval before she did anything else. She didn’t rush, she didn’t nag. She definitely did go above and beyond my expectations!! She made my Sunday morning a lot better. Because trust me I didn’t know what I was doing, or where to put the nails at. I’m thankful I came to this store. And I’m even more thankful thank she works here. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring such a GREAT person like Jackson.

I stopped by for a battery, it was a bit more expensive than I'm used to paying, but I was able to get a $20.00 gift card so it took some of the sting away, also at my place of employment, we use multiple vendors for parts and this store does a great job on prompt delivery and prices.

I can't remember the lady's name that help me but I will definitely update this as soon as I find out but she was definitely the best helper ever had ever from an AutoZone this is definitely going to be the AutoZone that I go to from now on the nicest people in the world and I really appreciate all the help that she gave me I was in there at about 9:30 on Monday morning if that helps

Hi came in the Hastings Auto Zone 12/16/21@5pm to by decier windshield washer and new wipers blades for my car. The young man that work there help me to put them on for me it was very cold outside he had some problems because it was cold and dark outside.So the yong woman that work there too help out and she put them on for me. I tip them both because they help me out and it was very cold.
