The staff at new Richmond Dental always does such a great job. They’re very kind and compassionate and pay attention to individualized care. I can’t recommend them enough.

I am so thankful for New Richmond Dental- I had a bit of a dental emergency and they got me in quickly and Dr. Raven and her fabulous assistant fixed me right up (an old filling had fallen out plus my tooth cracked, and they repaired it). They were caring and ensured I had no discomfort. They seriously made my whole week!! Thank you!!

Dr. Raven and all staff I have interacted with are incredible! Everything was well explained and they understood and accommodated my anxieties. The location is clean, well organized, and feels optimized for patients. Thank you all!

My visit here was wonderful! They made sure I was comfortable. I even got a warm neck pillow! Dr. McFarland explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and checked in with me consistently throughout my procedure. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

My lower jaw is extremely difficult to numb for dental work. Doctor McFarland always manages to get me numb. She’s the first dentist in many years that I can actually trust to numb my lower jaw properly.

Great experience! Staff and doctors awesome. The receptionists were so welcoming. Dr. Tietz was very professional and I felt very at ease. The dental assistants were friendly and very thorough. Really like the intra oral camera pics! Always enjoy seeing my favorite dental hygienist, Jamie Bohacek- a wonderful dental hygienist! Very thorough. The new addition looks great! I visited New Richmond dental today, and they were wonderful. They walked me through verbally on everything they were going to do. They explained it they explained pricing for future visit with problems I'm having. I couldn't have asked for more. Doctor Mcfarland is the best.

Everyone was so nice and very patience and helpful. I was nervous but they put me at ease and reassured me that everything would be just fine and I will heal properly.

Had crown replaced. Dr. McFarland and staff absolutely amazing!! Provided everything to help alleviate anxiety and pain. Very minimal pain as a result. HIGHLY recommend. Very proactive approach to dentistry needs overall.

Yesterday was the first time in 11 months I felt capable of maybe going to the dentist. My PTSD and fear have prevented me from going to New Richmond often.

They were able to immediately get me in this morning at 7:30, on my way home from work, it is perfect.
I requested 3 things...
1 Note my PTSD and anxiety in my records.
2. Announce coming into the room.
3. Be patient if I cry because I will, especially if I am approached by men.

They were amazing, female dentist and hygienist! Very patient with my tears allowed me to tell my story so they understood my fears.

Almost 2 hours for a cleaning and exam with X-rays.

Even before today, I had recommended them because I love Dr. Tietz and all their staff. With my fear if men right now I don't know how I would have handled seeing him, if I get to a point I can handle that again you better believe he will be who I request, for now Dr McFarland is so awesome too. It might be hard to decide who to see when I am comfortable around people again!

They do a really great job. All the staff were super nice and accommodating. They are the reason I'm not scared of the dentist anymore!

3rd appointment and as with the other two appointments , I was seen right away. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful if you have questions.

Everyone from the reception to the Dentist were professional and made me feel welcome. I received a thorough exam and treatment plan. They are not like other Dental practices that seem to jump into upselling higher priced services during an exam. I trust New Richmond Dental to make my best interest their priority. They are sensitive and gentle people and I am glad they are part of our community.

Got two cavities filled and was in and out in 15 minutes with absolutely no discomfort at all! Yay!
