Countryside Restaurant

First time here and it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is so warm and cozy. The service was this cute older lady who was so friendly. The food was really good. It’s a hidden gem of a breakfast place. Not horribly expensive either.

We had a great time for breakfast here. Waitress was very friendly, did came quickly. We were there to meet as a halfway point between Delavan and Janesville. We recommend it!

Absolutely PERFECT!!! Great stop for Breakfast or Lunch. We will go back!

Very good food, great service and great pricing.

My boyfriend and I stopped for breakfast after a 12 hour shift and had a great meal that was very well priced. Strongly recommend if you are in the area.

This is our favorite breakfast place. My boys, call it grandmas house. The eggs Benedict is always the best. And a couple of my boys always get the biscuits and gravy and say it’s the best around. We go just about every Sunday. The waitresses are also always nice and remember us.

I've been here a few times now, and it's the same every time. Great food great service. The best grilled cheese I've had in a restaurant ever. Crispy gooey OMG. And the chicken noodle soup is to die. I wanted to pick up that cup and drink it.

Cute country restaurant with small town vibe. I had the simple 2x2x2 Good meal with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 toast. The food came out hot and quickly. My wife had eggs Benny with American fries. It was simple yet delicious. Paired with a hot chocolate that went well with the meal.

Down home, small town place in the middle of nowhere. Best Eggs Benedict ever! I'm a foodie. Real hollandaise sauce.
Great pancakes. My only gripe was they tried to serve me that fake maple flavored syrup. When I asked for the real thing, they did come thru, as other people travel with real maple syrup, and left their stash there. So thanks, stranger!

We had a great first time experience here! All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our food came out fast, hot and fresh and to top it off delicious! Prices were definitely reasonable. I highly recommend giving this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

I used to come here on Friday nights as a child and now I bring my family here on Sunday mornings for brunch. There's nothing fancy about it, but it's generally good food at a great price (our family of 4 can eat for about $30). The booths in the front can be a little chilly in the winter and the sink in the men's restroom may be smaller than the restroom sink in a passenger jet - not a complaint, just an observation. We'll continue to enjoy our Sunday brunch at the Countryside as long as we're able.
