Was having some issues with drainage in my newly purchased home. I called up Right Choice Rooter and spoke with the owner/operator Ryan. We set up an appointment for a plumber to stop by and assess my drain. Ryan (accompanied by Steve) himself stopped by to have a look. While here Ryan suggested a drain cleaning to ensure we had clean pipes all the way to the citys pipes. I said it sounds like a great idea and told him to go ahead. During his drain cleaning he found several rootballs along the way that his cool machine took care of. Professional, clean and knowledgeable are the 3 words I would use to describe this crew. Came highly recommend by my HOA. The guys came on time and walked me through everything they were doing. I was even told about problems I didn't know existed. They worked quickly and were very reasonable with their prices. I'll definitely call them again if I need to!

Bob came out on short notice and was extremely helpful. He was upfront by saying this was a type of job he thought I could do myself and even talked me through the installation. Didn’t charge me for taking a look and even gave me a small part that I would need to do the project. Nice guy, I would recommend

My sewer backed up in the basement. Called Right Choice Rooter and within an hour I had 2 gentleman at my house fixing it. Both men were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and got the job done. As a homeowner you dont want things to go wrong, but if they do, I would recommend Right Choice Rooter.

I was very satisfied with my service call today to find the source of the backup of our main drain. Bob used their camera to find the blockage and then repaired it. I really appreciated the time he spent explaining the process to me. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Used this company again, last time shower drain was clogged really bad, this time water heater stopped working. Had to call the professionals again! I didnt have hot water so they said they'd fit me and they were here a couple hours later. The guys were friendly and professional while in our home. I was so happy when he said they'd be able to go get the new water heater and install it the same day so I'd have hot water again! These guys do a really good job at a good price, I strongly recommend them!

Right Choice Rooter is just what their name says. Fast, friendly and affordable. We recently had appliances installed and needed a couple of water lines installed as well as a dishwasher hook up. We called and had a friendly gentleman named Robert answer. He scheduled us the following afternoon. He just so happened to be the one to perform the work. It was done in a couple of hours and superbly done quality wise. It didn't disrupt my schedule, which I very much appreciated! So the next service we may need, I will most cetainley not hesitate to call Right Choice Rooter. We cant thank them enough!!

Right Choice was here on the same day. I waited a week for two other businesses to respond to my messages. One even gave a date then vanished. Right Choice was there on time, same day. Not only did they unplug the kitchen sink they repaired the drain and kitchen faucet! I have worked several companies. Right Choice is exactly what their name represents! They really are the right choice. I will always call Right Choice the 1st time for any plumbing concern or updates.

Very Professional company and they worked with our schedule. Ryan explained what was going on in our situation with best and worse case scenarios so we were not surprised in a bad situation. He offered tips that could help us in the mean time until his crew was able to get my house to take a deeper look into the problem. They cleared our line to the main and showed us all the roots that were causing continuous blockages over the years. They brought all the right equipment and got through 8 feet of THICK tree roots saving us TONS of money. Thanks guys! Would recommend!

I called Ryan early on a Saturday morning for sewer line clog, he came right out and got it opened up. Great quick work, and very personable. I have had them out a few times an all of his employees are top notch. He will be back this summer to do some underground repairs and stub in some plumbing for a basement bathroom.
