Westbrook Storage

I recently called Westbrook Storage, and it was a fantastic experience! The owner were incredibly helpful, offering top-notch service and great value for money. They made everything easy and were exceptionally kind and courteous throughout. I highly recommend Westbrook Storage to anyone in need of storage solutions. Five stars!

We contacted Westbrooke storage team. They answered on the second ring. Extremely pleasant to deal with. However, they did not have any units available at the time. He did let me know I could go on a call list if anything opens up in the near future. I said that would be great however we were also going to keep looking around. We found a storage unit in RC after that, but it was a little small. about a month later Westbrooke called me back with an opening. We switched over to the larger unit. Great communication and follow up. I would recommend.

I am very satisfied with Westbrook Storage. As if I have a problem with anything like the door or whatever it is fixed immediately. No questions asked I highly recommend this place as a storage facility for anybody looking to store stuff also I believe that the cost is very reasonable

I rented storage units at Westbrook storage for almost one year. The storage units were clean, dry, and reasonably priced. When one of the doors malfunctioned, it was immediately repaired. I would rent there again if I needed.

Excellent storage area. Always clean and well kept up. Any communication with the owner are dealt with promptly and professionally. He was very understanding and helpful.

Aaron was very responsive and went above and beyond for me.

When we called no one answered within 24 hrs. after leaving a voicemail , sent E-mail. The owner finally responded after 72 hours. They had a very small one, I told the owner we would keep in contact about the said unit and called the owner back within 24 hr. the unit was then already rented. There were 3 large units no locks, so we contacted the owner once again left a message this time it took the owner about a week to contact us back mentioning that they had no storage available. The owner laughed at me about the three units that didn't have locks on them, told me that he knew his business and were occupied. The number online is not the correct number business information is not up to date.
I do not recommend this business.

Seems like this business is bias and will pay rent a storage unit to whom they only want to we have been attempting for a month with no luck from this establishment.
