I can't recommend Jones Chevrolet in Richland Center enough! My recent experience buying a car there was absolutely fantastic. The sales representative truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect vehicle for my needs.
Their attentiveness, knowledge, helpfulness made the entire car buying process smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured or rushed, and they took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Overall, I had a remarkable experience at Jones Chevrolet and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. Five stars all around!

My first contact was with Collin about the purchase of a new Silverado. We'd be coming from Michigan to pick it up since we couldn't find anything we wanted that was closer to us. I was a bit nervous at first to purchase something like this over the phone, but Collin made the process very smooth. We landed in Madison and Leon was waiting for us at the airport to drive us to the dealership. The entire process was fast and very smooth. Everyone we talked with at the dealership was helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend Jones Chevrolet!

I called for an oil change and tire rotation, and they were able to schedule me the next day. When I arrived, the service professionals were knowledgeable and accommodating ... excellent experience from start to finish.

First time ever going into this business and I was very happy for the most part I was kinda confused about the younger lady at the entrance whom I was thinking should of been the person who was going to direct me to the proper place I had to have to my confusion I was greeted from a VERY NICE LADY from a office around the corner I am not sure why the younger lady at the front door was more concerned about her cell phone than my business but I was treated like a person who needed help after the first lady just looked like her cell phone was more important not a big deal for myself I'm just saying it was not professional to me.I am very happy with the service I received after I was helping with my new title and transferring of tags

Everthing was great,had a coupon for $15.00 off took it without issue and it was done when I was told it would be.

Look no further for an honest dealership with good prices. I had an amazing experience dealing with Collin. I'm from Iowa and drove 3 hours on a Saturday to look at a 2018 Silverado 2500 that they had for sale. They had a great price so I bought it. They were able to deliver it to me on Monday with a full tank of fuel!

Savana always greets me with a smile and laughter. Making my visit to service department a pleasure. She also keeps me informed as to the progress of my vehicles servicing and any oddities they find. She is an asset to the company!

Great experience with the service team here at Jones! Stopped in last week to get my TPMS sensors reset/calibrated as I put on my winter wheel/tire setup. After the help right before they closed, I knew I wanted to give them my business. Was able to schedule an oil change and alignment just a few days out. They even picked up and dropped off my vehicle from my workplace outside of Richland Center! Talk about top notch service, thanks guys.

The Jones dealership was very accommodating to fit me in the schedule. The waiting area was clean and comfortable for my wait which was kept to a minimum and repairs were done on time.

Tyi is extremely knowledgeable at her job and is very easy to work with. When ordering my car in February she kept me up to date with any updates that she received on my vehicle. I was always informed of any changes in the order process from order date to delivery date. Due to car problems with my old vehicle she made sure that I had a reliable loaner car to hold me over until my new vehicle was delivered. Scott was helpful during the financing process and explained everything thoroughly.
