I switched to this dealership because I wanted better service. So far so good. The service manager actually listened to me about what was going on with my truck and is going to be doing some research about. I was treated with nothing but respect and everyone there was very respectful and courteous. I most definitely will continue going to this dealership.

I’ve been going here since I moved to WI and am continually impressed by their superior service. I had a doctors appt down the road but didn’t want to walk in -7 degree weather so the guy behind the counter dropped me off and picked me up! They are responsive to my problems and concerns about my car. Plus- when you purchase 4 oil changed you get the 5th one free. Just ask for the punch card

I find all the staff at Fillback to be pleasant and accommodating. I only do repeat business with a dealership when I can trust their service department. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and at this point have no reason to look elsewhere

Jonathan did a great job. He worked hard to get the best deal. He also had assistance from Shaw in service and Joe I’m sales. I would recommend the Boscobel location for good fair treatment and helpfulness.

They went ahead and replaced battery in my key fob! Even though I just bought batteries to put in both of my key fobs! I guess I'm old school and like to be asked first!!!🤔🤔

We had our Buick Encore in for service. It had an enoying rattle that I'd been unable to diagnose. The Technician did a good job and the Service Writer was friendly and professional.
