Great shop to support! Stopped by with my RC Traxxas truck that has been sitting in a box for several years since last used. Frankie and Lucas were very welcoming and were willing to help me get the rc truck back up and running. They even offer repair services which is awesome. They got my truck fixed and made sure everything was good. Very glad I finally stopped by and found the great help to get back into my RC hobby. Check them out for sure!

Had such a great experience bringing my wife’s bike for repair. They communicated well when I reached out with initial questions and got the bike fixed up very quickly. Highly recommend seeing them for your bike needs!

I had a great experience with Main Street Hobby and Bike Shop, Richland Center, WI. I was searching for a good quality bike for my daughter and was looking at Marin Bicycles online. Main Street was listed as the nearest dealer in the area. I live in Madison so I gave them a call. I talked to Karin, who suggested several bikes, new and used, that were similar to the one I called about. I asked if I could drive out and see one of them. Even though the shop was closing for the day and the size I needed was still in the box, I was told that the owner would have it ready by the time I got there the next day, which it was.

I arrived at the family-owned, bike, hobby (think RC vehicles) and skate shop and was greeted at the door along with another customer there to test an E-bike. Frankie, the owner, came out from doing repairs to help. I took him up on a couple of test rides on some bikes that caught my eye as well as the one I came for. He made sure everything was right on the bike before I made my purchase and honestly I had to get going before I was tempted to take a second look at bike for myself. Well worth an afternoon drive for me, I gladly recommend this local bike shop. The service was quick, casual and friendly and the selection on hand gave me some real options that I wasn’t able to find elsewhere.

I visited the shop while on a short vacation in the Wisconsin area. What a great place. I wanted to see you one of the Rad electric bikes and took a test ride. Great time! Thanks to Karen who answered all my questions. Would really recommend this shop to anyone interested or in need of a good bike shop!

I was making a minor purchase for a couple of nuts for my bike's front tire axle. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly smiling woman. She immediately went to the back of the store and came out a couple of minutes later with two nuts. I could see they were not brand new, but I didn't care. I asked her how much I owed her for them and she said nothing. I told her I had to pay her something, so I gave her a $5 bill. I know it is not easy running your own business in these trying times and I told her she could use the five dollars. I am very appreciative of them having the store and being so customer oriented. Thank you again for the service you provide. I normally don't do reviews, but there was just something about the store that told me I needed to.

I brought my bike into the shop for maintenance, specifically a tire repair. While in the shop, Frankie cared for a few minor adjustments I hadn't noticed. Since the adjustments took him just minutes, he didn't charge me. That's the type service that will bring me back to the shop for my next repair work or bike purchase.

Great place! Got interested in ebikes about a year ago. Looked for a local shop and found Mainstreet Hobby and Bike. Friendly and welcoming - answered all of my questions and I asked a bunch. Frankie is a wealth of information and put me on a radmini for a test drive. An hour later I returned. What fun - was like being 12 years old again! As a result, ordered radmini direct and shipped to Mainstreet. Frankie set it up and fine-tuned everything. He even allowed me to watch and answered even more questions. I would highly recommend Mainstreet as your ebike place. Thanks Frankie - just got done putting on 20 miles on dry pavement, mud, ice and snow!

I’ve been going here for a while now for my guitars and strings, picks, all that good stuff. Here you can get what you need for very acceptable prices and I would recommend a trip. Grand establishment.
