There's a young man with a ponytail that is very helpful. If there's an issue with the order, he fixes it right away, definitely 5 star customer service

I was just in there a little bit ago and I thought I had a little bit more money on my card then I did and the gentleman there had told me it went through upon getting home I realized it hadn't but he still gave us our food without telling us or making me feel bad for not having the money. In all reality I must have been just about a dollar off but getting home I realized I still had money on my card. To that man I thank you so much you could have told me that you can't do anything but just decide to help me out. I will be paying it forward!!

Lovely Taco Bell and a KFC restaurant. This is 2 fast food places combined into 1 big building. They have a great big eating area and free parking up front. We enjoyed our visit. Lots of families dining here. There are plenty of kid friendly options and high chairs. It's convenient and fast. Tacos and Chicken to go.

The young man doing the drive-thru went the extra mile. He was very polite and made sure my order was correct.

I had taco Bell, kids had KFC. All was good. It's nice with both restaurants being there, not only for the choice, but also the service. Seems there's always about five people working!

When my grandmother passed away, I wanted to have a small gathering after the cemetery service. Gram's favorite food was always KFC, so I decided to check with the Richland Center crew to see what kind of deal they could swing. They were amazing to work with. When many more people than I had anticipated came to the cemetery, the KFC crew went out of their way to get more food prepared in a short amount of time. Thank you KFC Richland Center. You knocked my socks off.

Ate in the dining room and the staff were so fun and helpful.. even the 3 year old loved it. Good food too.
