My very first experience not going to lie was disappointing. The first sales guy didn't want anything to do with me and didn't take me seriously, for whatever reason, when I wanted to buy a tractor. Fast forward a short time later. I gave them another shot and was given the salesmanager Tim. Tim took care of all my needs on the tractor, given the situation with the tractor shortage. The process of getting my tractor wasn't perfect, but Tim communicated openly and kept me updated on things and things out of his control. He spent time willingly to help me learn about all my attachment options, provided resources on hay planting, discing, and baling. Couldn't thank the team there enough. After a year or so of owning the tractor with various issues, Tim and his service team had always followed up in a timely manner and fixed all my issues. I had another issue this weekend, and the service team came and resolved it with no complications. So, my review is truly to give them credits they deserve and show that they can and will always try to make it right and help the customer. Thanks, Tim, for always being a great resource and providing honest feedback, tips, and always willing to help a new tractor owner.

Really pleased! Came in looking for a good deal on a chainsaw. Kacey was very knowledgable and helpful. Found me the right saw and was willing to offer me 10% off as a military discount. They even took my new saw into the back room to get it started and running for me before it left the store. You cant get that at the big box stores.

Went here looking for a compact tractor four-wheel drive so that I can get a snow blower and a bigger mower for my 1.2 acre lot. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and I wound up buying a tractor with a snow blower mower and loader and they delivered it because I lived close enough.

This company is awesome! Very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, & great pricing too. Last Saturday night I started my search for a new lawn tractor and sent some emails from their site asking questions. On Sunday, yes Sunday… I recd responses on my multiple emails. After some discussion I decided I wanted to go look at a new one at their New Richmond location and on Monday I jumped in my car and headed out to find a new lawn tractor. I decided I would stop at a competitor that was on the way. I will not name bash, but let’s just say the competition wasn’t very good at their jobs, so I jumped back into my car and went to Frontier Ag & Turf in New Richmond. As I walked into the store I was greeted immediately with nothing but kindness and after having all of my questions answered I was ready to pull the trigger and make the purchase. Pricing was excellent and they made me feel comfortable. If you’re in the market for anything they sell, do yourself a favor and just stop in or call them. Their service is top notch and I guarantee you, you’ll be just as impressed as I was. I'll revise this if I can get there while they are open but the hours almost match my normal working schedule. So far I had to go elsewhere for a riding lawn tractor. My next purchases (power brush cutter & chain saw) might be elsewhere as well unless the hours are extended on weekends. Anyone else have this issue?

Update 6/11/2022 = thank you for the response! Revising my review as the store is great and customer service superior. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If I'm not mistaken it also looks like an extra hour was added to the weekend open time ☺

If you are looking for great sales, parts and service on deere equipment then these are the guys and gals to visit. We recently purchased a 3039r and had a couple issues with it but the service department did a great job with fixing it. They are always accommodating and helpful. Great place!

The parts department was very friendly and helpful over the phone when i called looking for lawm mower parts. They had everything I was looking for.

Had a great experience buying my zero turn lawn mower. The staff is great to work work with--very knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy at all. I worked with Ben Johnson, and he was very easy to work with and was extremely helpful at answering all my questions. I'm definitely coming back here for all my John Deere needs, and maybe to buy another hat or two 🙂

Visited this place to get maintenance parts and was going to have my riding mower checked. Didn't have to leave it there since the mower worked perfectly when I dropped it off. They even did a quick test to see and it was. They recommended some extra things I can do to keep it running better. Great customer service.

The New Richmond location is our go to when we need anything out of the ordinary done on our Deere equipment. We truck things down from Duluth to here because both local John Deere dealers have given us horrible service and wrongfully diagnosed minor issues as major issues. Mike in service recently processed a warranty claim for us on some bad parts installed by other dealer, effortless process and as always great to work with!

I purchased a new trimmer after 3 visits. Both sales people had a lot of patience with me. I received great information before making a decision. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I called asking for a part, they checked the system, which said the part was in stock, and then they actually went and checked their shelf to make sure it was there! That's the kind of service I like.

Kristen is the person that helped my brother and me very knowledgeable young lady very kind sweet and all the above if she doesn't know the answer she'll get it but she is very smart
