Excellent workers and great place. Do not believe the bad reviews. They are from fired workers or those who got in trouble for not being professional. The administration is making sure patients are safe and respected.

I currently work here…just started. And I actually enjoy being here…the staff is friendly and welcoming.
the new administration staff is going out of their way to make this facility look good again. New paint, new furniture, cozier rooms, new original oil paintings, and the new amazing activity director is doing absolutely wonderful. She even came in on Saturday and made frozen margaritas for the residents:)
Most got the nonalcoholic drink…🤫😉
Don’t tell them I said that tho😊

I have had the great opportunity to be a contract nurse at Prescott Rehab for one year. It has been a Wonderfull place to work I love the residence I have become very close with family. I love their staff. I like how all of the Nurses and Nursing assistance help each other. The new activity director is awesome she plans out everything for the residence and they love it. The kitchen staff are amazing ,meals are great. The new Administer is awesome and listens to what you are saying and is very involved in what is happening at the facility. It is like a small town setting. The social worker is awesome. I have great respect for the staffer at the facility she is very nice. Over all this is a very nice well managed care center for your loved ones and if I am working there look me up. Your loved ones will get great care from all but very special care from me! I guess you can say I have been around the block with nursing homes and this one is at the top of my list.

There are so many kind people who work here. I wish I could name them all but I would hate to forget someone. I am grateful for all they do to keep my dad safe and healthy. Also, the director of this facility is very dedicated to this profession--her reason for being in this line of work is very personal and very compelling--you should ask her why! It would make you glad you chose Prescott! :).

I have known families that have loved ones there and I would never bring my loved one there as long as Jill is the administrator because she doesn’t care about the residents or the employees. She doesn’t take time to come out of her office to get to know the families when they are there and from what I’ve heard she puts way too much stress on the other managers and since she has taken over as administrator the environment has changed and families no longer feel as if it is welcoming and warm. I also called and asked about the facility and Jill was very crass on the phone. I can tell she doesn’t have the residents best interests at heart. She is going to ruin this facility.

It’s very disheartening to hear that their patients have not been showered every 3-4 days it’s like 11 days.Getting bed sores after being there a month. Waiting hours with light on to use the restroom. I get your shorthanded. Step it up pay a little better so you will have employees wanting to come into work with a smile and to remember that this might be the only thing that is keeping these patients alive today with a little kindness. It goes along way. I pray things change for the better for your sake and the poor patients that have to depend on your staff for everything..Step back look at the whole picture.. Thank you for listening.

The workplace environment has significantly deteriorated since Jill assumed the administrative role. We have reported instances of elder abuse and neglect by certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to her, but unfortunately, the management tends to favor the residents' accounts, even when they have a history of dishonesty. This has created a challenging and stressful work environment for the CNAs, who are already overburdened with responsibilities. Additionally, there have been cases of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) overdosing residents and sleeping on the job, while another was caught engaging in online dating during work hours instead of attending to residents' needs. It is concerning that some coworkers lack the necessary skills and experience to handle the demands of the job, leading to potential abuse and neglect of residents. I strongly advise against placing family members in this facility due to the high-stress levels and excessive workload, which may compromise the quality of care provided to residents. It is crucial to prioritize the well-being and safety of loved ones by seeking alternative care options.

NO STARS TO GIVE. Absolutely God awful place!!! First my dad has dementia and the director carried on an argument with him over something that just isn't clicking for my dad. I finally had to wheel my dad out and turn around and tell the director enough. Like why are you arguing with a patient who has dementia. Then while standing there being brushed off as if I was a nuisance waiting for my dad's cigarettes a nurse and an aid carried on about how they didn't want to care for said patient and didn't know if she would even get out of her room that day and how awful it is to care for her. Then I go to my dads room (mind you he is a recent amputee) and the floor is pretty gross. So I asked for it to be cleaned. The housekeeper comes to the room and is confused because his room was cleaned and those were just stains. So I asked her to humor me and try to get them up. We stepped out and came back... the STAINS WERE GONE surprising what a little effort will do. But instead of picking up the popsicle wrapper on the dirty floor where she mopped she just mopped over it. Then I go to transfer my dad to his bed and notice that she only cleaned that one spot and left the room. So again I had to have someone come back and clean yet again. A few of the nurses and aides are clearly there for a paycheck and not because they truly care about the wellbeing of the patients. Also my dad had his dressing changed and from sleeping his ace bandage came unraveled. I took it off checked to make sure dressing was still clean and rewrapped. This is when I noticed that even though they changed his dressing the put back on the soiled ace bandage. Working with the head of nursing has been absolutely amazing and he has tried to right as many wrongs as he can. But since he has only been there 1 day shy of a week and all of this has already happened we are looking for a different facility. My review is JUST DON'T!!!

I had written up a lengthy review on this facility but decided against divulging details of mom's stay here out of respect for her privacy. So all I will say is this is one of the worst nursing homes I've ever encountered over the years in helping my family with stays at SNFs.

Some of the staff were short-tempered with mom, belittling, and careless. Mom did not feel safe here. In the short time she was here, her health declined, and she ended up back in the hospital. Staff ignored concerns noted by the family.

I would not send my worst enemy to this place.

Only giving it 1 star because I can't post without it. Don't do it. Not even to your worst enemy. This place is like something out of a horror movie!
