Bianca is so nice and a pleasure to talk to. You can tell she loves every puppy. We have 2 dogs from here. They are both wonderful dogs!

Love this place!! Jason was by far the best worker there and he deserves a raise, he was so helpful and provided everything for our puppy, so she could have a safe and happy home!! Jason included the first year of vet fees including shots and check ups, and spading to be included for free!! Our French bull dog is happy as can be, and I will always count on furry babies! But only buy a new dog at this exact location! Best experience ever!

Got a dog today, bianca was amazing. Very nice and while we were visiting she was very on top of cleaning up messes and she was soo nice with the dogs there. She never pressured us while we were there which was definitely a good thing. Buying pets are not a quick decision. She answered all of our questions. Over all happy with our experience and decision.

We recently bought a shih tzu from fuzzy and went in knowing it would be a little pricey and to tell you the truth I'm GLAD that I did and I would do it again
People that think that they should write something negative all the time must not enjoy their own lives or need to get a grip

Rachel was amazing and beyond helpful. She was very detailed and I could tell she cared for the puppies as if they were her own. If you want to add a new member to your family they will be the best aid.

We came in to purchase our new addition to our family. Bianca was extremely helpful and informative. She even helped keep it a secret from our kids! She was very friendly and made sure we understood everything before we brought our new puppy home!

My husband and I bought a puppy from Furry Babies in the mall in Janesville and couldn't be happier! The entire experience from start to finish was great. We worked with Amber and she did a wonderful job explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. She even invited us to bring our baby back to visit! Our Jasper is so smart and friendly and extremely healthy and happy. If we decide to get another dog in the future we will definitely be going back to Furry Babies!

Jason from Furry Babies went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect dog for our family. He adjusted his hours for our schedule and was in contact with my husband making sure we were providing a good home for our puppy as well. They care about their animals and it’s evident in everything they do for their animals and customers. Thank you for all you’ve done.

The dogs are so sweet and well socialized. We have a dog we bought from a private breeder and 2 dogs we bought here. Our dog from a private breeder is very shy and while we love her dearly she does not like people much. Both our Furry Babies dogs are not shy at all and are just all around wonderful. I do like that they cover vet bills for the first year too so that is something to think about since the dogs are pricey.

We had a very great experience with Bianca. She did everything possible to help us get a dog. We couldn't be happier with the puppy we got. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Very cute animals, you can pet them, ask the employees to bring them into a space to play.
