I ordered an electric mower online and it was assembled and ready for pickup a day early, awesome! When I arrived, Garry was very helpful and gave me a rundown of the mowers operations and assisted in getting the mower into my vehicle. They even had the battery fully charged so I could mow as soon as I got home. Excellent old-fashioned customer service!

Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. This was my first time here as I don't live in Janesville but if I am in need again while there I will definitely go back and support local business versus the box store. They have a wide variety of power tools especially Milwaukee. Clean store and lots of parking available. It's a hidden little gem.

I've been to many, many Ace Hardware stores all-time and I must say this store is stocked to the gills compared to the others. It has more stuff that you can imagine. The plumbing aisle blew me away. You could find everything there and in mass quantities. The staff is VERY helpful as soon as you walk in the store, guiding you and helping find exactly what you want. I'm glad it's a short drive because I will be back again and again.

Helpful and friendly staff, good prices

This location is not only the closest to me home but the staff is always ridiculously helpful and have always been able to assist my needs. I needed a plumbing adapter, brought the hose I needed to adapt to a different hookup and they were able to find exactly what I needed quickly and inexpensively.

Harris is great old-style hardware store. Super helpful employees. I appreciate the smaller size and personal service. They are always my first stop for small hardware when I am trying to fix something in the house or on a vehicle.
