I have been a patient of Dr. Alexander for about 15 years and she is simply the best! Dr. Jan is a wonderful, extremely caring physician, she goes the extra mile and is always ready to provide care and offer solutions when I’ve needed them. For that I am so, so grateful. If ever you’re having any medical issues, she will take care of them right on the spot if she can. I have also worked with Janelle for some various ongoing skin issues I’ve been dealing with and she is so knowledgeable and understanding about the products she uses and the approach she takes with her aesthetic practice. I love this medical office. Dr. Alexander is so knowledgeable and always concerned for your wellbeing. In addition to her OB/GYN and family practices, the aesthetic options are phenomenal. My hair is growing back and I've lost ~10% of my body weight in just a few months.

Tonight I had such a wonderful facial with Janelle. My face is so soft, even my "tech neck" wrinkles look shallower. When I got home it was the first time in weeks my husband didn't say "you look so tired." The bed was so comfy I do think I took a nap, and those sheets, they were so silky.

I don’t ever review anything but she is the BEST. she’s kind caring and genuinely a good person and doctor. She is so sweet I just love her. I feel safe in her care

I've gone to countless doctors for heart issues I was having and after a bunch of tests I gave up on it. I went to her for new birth control and just in passing she diagnosed my heart problem in seconds, with no tests. Very personal vibe, quick and professional, very straight to the point, open, and honest through each process. She makes decisions WITH you, and takes your feelings into consideration before any big steps. Also incredibly friendly front staff (shout-out Janelle, total sweetheart, love talking to her every time I come in). The environment took me a bit to warm up to, it feels nontraditional, but it's comforting.

I have been going to Dr. Alexander for years and I have yet to be disappointed! She is extremely knowledgeable in every area and willing to go the extra mile. There’s not anyone else I trust for gyno care.

Not to mention, the medical-grade facial by Janelle was refreshing! There is already a noticeable difference in my skin’s appearance and I plan to return for this service. She is so sweet and friendly that it helps with the relaxation… I can’t wait to try the laser treatment next.

Had such a nice and relaxing experience here! Dr. Janice and Janelle were so sweet, accommodating, and tailored my experience to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. They explained every part of the laser hair removal procedure to me, made sure I understood the process and risks, and kept me laughing the whole time. Very quick sessions as well.

I recently had the pleasure of cleaning Cedarburg Family Wellness & Aesthetics Center's air ducts and it was a blessing in disguise. While i'm not a current patient I was working at their location when it came up that recently my asthma inhaler prescription jumped up to $250 and I was having a hard time meeting such a steep price. Well Janelle heard this (or my labored breathing while talking haha) and immediately got to working on behalf to try and find a cheaper price calling smaller mom and pop shops and trying to find if I qualify for any known program. I can only imagine the steps they take to look after their patients if they did this for me. Thanks again Janelle and Janice!

I was so terrified going in to get laser if done for the first time. Doctor and esthetician were very sweet and made me comfortable to move forward with my decision to get laser done. I recommend them to anyone who is starting out and is nervous.
