Fit City Gym

Fit City is great! The gym is huge and has a wide variety of equipment. The staff there are so friendly, Brendan at the front desk and Michael H. the personal trainer are the best! The equipment is a bit old, but everything is well taken care of and looked after. The gym is clean and everyone I’ve met so far has been courteous and polite. I’m happy to have found my new home away from home.

My training is physique focused, bodybuilding style. I struggle to find good gyms when I'm traveling because most search engines can't seem to differentiate between bodybuilding, power lifting, and CrossFit gyms. Sometimes pictures help but website descriptions can also be misleading as many gyms try to appeal to all audiences.

Fit City gave me a clue when their site claimed to have the different kinds of leg press, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was not disappointed! They have a huge selection of Atlantis equipment-not just 3 leg press-they have hack press, 2 gym sharks, 2 calf raises, RDL/row machine, pendulum squat and and "The Cave" has reached for squat and areas for deadlift. This gym has everything I needed to really wreck my legs.

It was easy to find with plenty of parking is and well equipped for bodybuilding and power lifting.

I was visiting from Florida with my girl. The first desk staff is super nice. The gym itself is super legit 👌. I was like a kid in a candy shop. My girl made me leave. I really enjoyed the equipment. This gym puts my in mind of Power House gym in Tampa. Great gym, much success, and I'll be visiting when I'm back in town

This gym is a perfect 'fit' for me. Affordable, great variety of workouts, friendly staff. Other patrons mind their own business, but will give you a hand if you ask. Great place.

A lot of great equipment, so you can find the style of Fitness training that works for you. Sports Performance, powerlifting, functional training, and classic machines and a range of cardio equipment make this a well-rounded facility. Plenty of space, nice patrons, clean floors. Everything you could want from a fitness facility!

$14 day pass, definitely worth it!

Fit City is a Great gym! From the minute you walk in the door, you're greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The front desk staff, the Managers, Brendan and Kyle are all so great! They always make themselves available for any assistance! They really value you as members
This gym has plenty of room and great equipment! There are plenty of dumbbells and machines, and some pieces of equipment seem to be unique just for Fit City. There are some leg machines I've not seen at any other gyms. I'm short, so it's not always easy to reach some of the attachments for the cable machines. However, there are steps attached to these cable machines which allows me to adjust the weights. Plus there are some other upper body machines which I can adjust to a light enough weight which is easy for me to use.
The members at this gym are great and always willing to help if needed with some machine.
Good music playing and not too loud where it will not drown out your music on your earphones!
The ladies locker room is spacious..which is so nice.
I was very happy that Fit City has offered Silver Sneaker memberships! This is an excellent perk and savings for seniors!!!
Anytime I go, it's never too crowded. Every time I go to Fit City I get an excellent workout!

Great gym. Lots of space. Very clean. They offer daily and weekly passes. Really nothing negative to say about this place. Highly recommend for anyone at any skill level or fitness goals.

I love this gym. It had every piece of equipment I could imagine. The gym was also really clean and the machines all seemed new! I was so excited I even did a tiktok video about it. I can't wait to come back one day!

Everyone should def sign up to get the Free Day Pass to try things out. Folks at the front are just awesome people really made me feel right at home. Put in a good 2 hour exercise right on my Birthday. Will def be back in the near future ❤

By far one of the best gyms in St. Louis. Good atmosphere, good music, great training equipment and good management. Love this gym thus far and I highly recommend anyone who is serious about their training to join this gym.

I am a self diagnosed gym hopper, I tend to switch to different ones often. This gym is the only one that I've ever stuck with! The staff always makes you feel welcome and the community is unlike anything you'll find elsewhere.

The gym itself is always clean and has the best equipment in the St. Louis area, trust me I've been to all of them

Had a great experience with Fit City Gym! If it weren’t for a move, I would’ve loved to workout there indefinitely! Brendan was always friendly and good to me, and Davon was a great trainer who helped me out a bunch!

Best part of the day is when you walk in, and you can’t get past the front desk area without someone greeting you, and most times by name!

Overall really like this gym. Great amount of equipment for weight training, powerlifting, and crossfit style workouts. I personally like that they open at 5am during the week day so that I can get my workout done first thing in the morning.

Gym has the largest variety of equipment in STL! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, pretty clean for the amount of members & foot traffic, & overall a great vibe of people! As an IFBB pro, it's definitely the atmosphere I want to train in. I've worked with the videographer many times & he does GREAT work if you're needed content, reels, or graphics.10/10 recommend.

I've lived in St. Louis my whole life and as a young girl trying to progress on my fitness journey, Fit City has been amazing from an equipment standpoint but also the staff and community has always been friendly and comforting - which means a lot to me. I love Fit City and will be a member at long as I'm in St. Louis!

This gym has everything you’d want in a gym for serious weight trainers. Excellent customer service. Great music. Great environment. Great equipment. Tons of variety. Diverse culture. What more do you need?

Came in for a few workouts while in town. Super friendly and had everything I could have wanted. Great selection of selectorized belt driven equipment as well as plate loaded pieces with plenty of weights. Dumbbells up to 150lbs and an area for compound lifts. Great to see a monolift for the serious lifters. Gave me some ideas for my own gyms and had a great time swapping stories with the staff. Will definitely be back.
