Orchid NAILS & SPA

I love this nail salon, I will not let any one else touch my nails other than the lady that sits at the 1st table ( can’t remember her name 😞) but go check this place out they just got a ton of new colors!!

Switched to this salon after many years at previous one. Workers always friendly and pleasant and can honestly say I have NEVER had anything but a great experience!!

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. I am very particular about my nails and I always have a hard time finding a nice nail salon with good service. I was greeted immediately and was asked what I was looking to get done. The salon has a wide variety of shellac polish and is a very attractive and clean salon. Tony was my nail tech and he did a really nice job not huring me while he was taking off my old nail set. He did a beautiful job with the application and filing of my tips to the way I like them shaped. I will definitely be coming back again!

I am pleased with my nail. It is so cute! Christy is experienced and very attentive to designing my nails. I will definitely return!

I have been coming here since we bought a home in Hales Corners in 2020. Often I call & make an appointment. I had almost all the associates that work there take care of me & they are all awesome! I never have an issue & I always feel more beautiful when I leave than when I arrived. Their knowledge & expertise when it comes to all things nail cannot be matched. I’ve never seen anything inappropriate or unprofessional on any of my visits. I will continue to come here & sometime I bring my entourage of little girls 10 & under for their own pampering. Tina had my 7 year old feet for her first ever pedicure & even though she was super ticklish, Tina worked through that & make jokes with her so that she was distracted and made it though. The smile on my littles face when she was done, is just one of the many reasons I will continue to come here for my mani/pedi needs!

They do the best job out of any nail salon I have ever been to and they are so nice!!!!

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so kind. Johnny does my nails and is a perfectionist when it comes to his craft, he knows everyone’s name as they walk in, so really gives the place a personal at home touch. I’ve been to many places and this has been my favorite as I continue to come back Each time

Every time I go, my nails last for quite a while! They don't rush your pedicure either.

Tatoo Tina got my ingrown toe nail that had been bothering me for a few weeks. She is awesome👍🏻stop in and see her. Does a wonderful pedicure. Highly recommend her.

Very clean. Walk ins are available as well as appointments. I got the level 2 pedicure which lasted at most 45 minutes, and it was wonderful. Will definitely be returning.

Today was my 2nd time visiting Orchid Nails & Spa. I was just as happy with my first visit as I was this visit. Today I had a pedicure and was very pleased. The foot/leg massage was awesome. The place I had been going to seemed to skip steps in order to rush you out the door but not here. This will be my new forever nail salon.

Always a thorough job and relaxing atmosphere. Gel nails last for at least 4 weeks without a break/chip.

Have gone here for years. Always have great service. They know your are there and don't leave you hanging. Great polish selection too!

I have been to almost every nail salon in the area and none of them have stuck very long as to I’m extremely particular with my nails. Orchid opened up about a year ago and have been a happy customer ever since! I literally recommend them to everyone! Excellent customer service, great nail techs, all the shellac colors to choose from! I get acrylics, and have them filled about every 3ish weeks and I NEVER left unsatisfied! Very clean & professional inside and they even give you a complimentary beverage while you get your service done! 💁🏻‍♀

TINA and JOHNNY are the best! I have been coming here for about 6 years!! They are so personable and funny! It's always nice when you look forward to not only getting your nails done but the conversations as well!!

We are going on vacation in a few days so I wanted to get my nails done before we go. I was worried there wouldn't be enough time for them to get me in, but I didn't even have to wait and sat down right away. I love my nails, they did a super job! :)

I have been here a few times and decided to go back today. I had Chi for dip powder. She was careful, patient, and extremely sweet! I ended up booking another appointment with her because of my wonderful experience.

I had an excellent experience. This place is clean and professional. I came near closing and wanted a mani/ pedi. The staff stayed late and were very nice. I asked for Disney nails and received better than expected! Amazing and sooo cute!
