They were positive descriptive and did a great job in a timely manner! Our project manager Nick took great care of us with all the steps through the process. Matt and Josh the installers were very nice and did great work. I couldn’t be happier and if you need windows or roof or anything else they may possibly do call Arc And ask For Nick!!

Brad Walschinski is awesome to work with ..quick to respond to a quote, listened to what we needed, answered all our questions, and kept us informed through our the process. Cody did an awesome job, solving issues when they came up, kept us informed and cleaned up! Best part is we don't need to worry about it anymore!

The day after I contacted ARC for an estimate on a new roof with gutters and gutter guards, a very friendly and knowledgeable representative of the company, Sam Jeffers, was at my kitchen table. He was well prepared with photos of shingle options, answered all of my questions about the peculiarities of my older home, including unusual plantings. He explained how they would address all of the things that needed to be taken into account, including a non-functional attic fan. Unfortunately, due to the type of shingle that I chose, the job didn’t start until 3 months later. What absolutely made up for this supply chain issue was that Sam was meticulous in staying in touch with me, as he was until the last screw was in the drain spout brackets. The entire job took less than two 2 days (2 different crews) and the guys all did a great job, including cleanup. Bravo to ARC for hiring such great people and doing such excellent work!

I had ARC Contracting previously replace all of my windows in 2019 and was happy with their service so I decided to reach out again for my exterior project needs. ARC Contracting did a wonderful job with my house refacing project! They were incredibly friendly, upfront, and responsive starting with Ben from the sales consultant team. He was able to help me figure out my siding needs. I had ARC replace my siding on my second floor as well as all of my gutters/fascia and trimming around my windows to color match my detached garage. I was also able to have them replace my exterior doors with new doors I purchased through a different company. ARC kept me informed and checked in on me during the entire project. Both the siding team and gutter/fascia/trimming team did excellent jobs. They were very detailed, polite, and communicative to ensure that my expectations for the project were met. Any questions or concerns I had during the project were answered promptly. Both teams were very fast and efficient. The gutter/fascia/trimming team made sure that the downspouts came down exactly where I needed them and at the length I wanted. I wish I could remember everyone's names from the two teams to give them a shout out in the review. Mike and Josh both did a great job on replacing my old doors. The new doors look and function great! They were both friendly and my mom and I enjoyed chatting with them while they were working on the doorways. Overall, I definitely recommend ARC for any project needs.

They did our roof and sided our garage in 2020. Loved there work so that is another reason to use them again.

We had an amazing experience with ARC contracting, specifically with Nick Dunst. It started out with our neighbor having ARC come out to check to see if there was hail damage. I asked if he had time to do ours after and he agreed. He did a thorough job taking pics for insurance and getting a much loved ball down for my daughter. Even though it was a very busy time, Nick did a great job communicating with us and telling us the next steps with insurance company . He fought for us and communicated with the insurance company (which I’m guessing was a pain because I also communicated with insurance people, and their first response is typically to deny) get the work done we needed from hail damage.
When it was time to get the work done it was 100 degrees outside and ARC and their team made sure it was safe to continue to run the AC as we have beloved rabbits and a toddler. They cleaned up as best they could and communicated very well throughout if there were changes. Quality work was done and we are very happy .
Recently, we had some condensation on our attic door and Nick came out promptly to make sure it was nothing to do with roof. He climbed into the attic in frigid temps to check things out and let us know steps we could take but never pushed us to spend more $$ on things we didn’t need. Also, he was nice enough to be careful with the rabbits that free roam In our house as they were running by his legs to check him out. He was very polite and pet them and made sure to not step on them. Also, I appreciated having a stand up guy that saves rabbits in his free time and loves his family… doing work for us because I fully trusted him coming into our house.

I want to thank ARC Contracting for doing a great job! We found the selection of the color and style of the shingles far easier than expected and the work was done in one day, I highly recommend this company.

They did an excellent job. My salesperson, Brad, remained the primary point of contact throughout the entire job. Everything was done promptly and the project even came in a little below the initial estimate. I would recommend ARC and will definitely work with them again.

I called on a Tuesday and Sam was here on Wednesday for an inspection/ estimate for my roof. He gave me an estimate before he even left my house! Ryan was my project manager and he was excellent with answering my questions, working with my schedule, and definitely put me at ease. 10/10 recommend ARC Contracting to anyone looking for any roofing needs!

This is a great company that stand by their exceptional work. They did a great job with my garage roof. Very easy to get ahold of, very transparent throughout the process, and affordable!

They did our roof and our siding. Both came out looking great. Everything was cleaned up after job completion. Constant contact throughout. Any questions or issues I had taken care of right away. A bit high on price, but you get what you pay for. Every contractor high on price now a days anyway. Unlike Security Luebke, ARC responded right away with setting up our work. SL never got back to us with an estimate. ARC is a class act.

Finding out that you have hail damage isn't how you want to spend your summer. After getting quotes from a few local companies, we decided to work with ARC Contracting. We choose ARC because of their willingness to do the leg work to get what we were owed from the insurance company and their responsiveness to our questions.

Having Nick on our side to do constant follow-up with insurance saved us from having to pay more than necessary out of pocket!

ARC worked with very respectable contractors to get the job done in a single day. The crew did a great job at clean-up, which was important to us as we have a dog. The quality of the materials, work, and people were exceptional.

Got up on my roof recently and was shocked. I knew it was bad but I thought I had a couple years. Wrong. I live in Stevens Point and called all the locals hoping someone could squeeze me in. No luck, they're all booked until next summer. I broadened my search and found ARC. They had a salesman there the next day with free estimate. Price was in line with what I've heard and they said they were 2 weeks to a month out. They had a crew there about 3 weeks later. They ran into a problem on my garage and Jake called me with the info (he was running my show). This slowed them and added cost but was necessary and appreciated. Would have finished in a day but delay added another half day. Jake and the crew were great. They worked hard and cleaned up well. A gutter downspout was wrecked but was replaced within another day. You get what you pay for (in this case anyway), and this was a solid investment. I'm very pleased and would recommend highly.

ARC was our first call for a new roof. We met with Sam, who was very professional and considerate and answered all questions. He was reachable by phone for any inquiry I had. After meeting with Sam, we had no need to look further for a new roof. Throughout our project we were always kept up to date on time frames of everything. On the job site, we worked with Scott. We were very impressed with his knowledge and how he explained all that was taking place for our new roof. He came to our home on his day off to verify the roof was done to our expectations. I always had access to him if I wanted to know anything. The Domingo crew that did all the roofing went above and beyond. They took care of a hole that we were unaware of. They had the knowledge and ability to repair and keep on roofing to complete the job. They were all so very efficient, kind and professional. The clean up was perfect also. I would recommend ARC to anyone needing a roof.

The biggest job ARC has done for me is replacing almost all of my 32 year old home windows. It was a two story Victorian home huge job. Matt and Josh did a fabulous job transforming my home to look almost new again! My windows are Gorgeous beauties! The job was done with professionalism, expertise and care for my property. I have one more big window left and I will definitely call them back for that job! Thanks so much for such a job well done!

I also had a copper penny metal roof installed and a new skylight installed this summer. Both of these projects also were done with expertise and professionalism. David and his crew handled those projects and I am very pleased with the outcome. Everything was planned to compliment the new windows and serve functional purposes.

We were hit by a hail storm in April of 2022 and chose ARC because several of our neighbors had them do the roof and siding and they seemed to do an excellent job. We worked with Nick Dunst to get everything inspected and he went above and beyond for us. Nick thoroughly inspected our property and reviewed our claim to make sure that the insurance company was paying for all of the damage that they should be. Nick obviously knows what he is doing as he identified many line items on our claim that were either undervalued, or omitted entirely by our insurer. He then worked closely with the claims team to fight for appropriate compensation for all of the damage, even if he was not going to be the one doing the work. Nick advocated for our bets interests and once all of the insurance estimates matched the quote that ARC supplied the work order was quickly started and within a couple of weeks we had a new roof and gutters. We don't have a small house and the crew replaced the roof in a single day. The guys were incredibly hard working, spending over 16 hours on our property to make sure everything was done correctly. The next day the work was inspected and yard cleaned thoroughly of debris. A few weeks later they replaced our siding with a color that matched the current siding perfectly (we only had damage on 2 sides of the house). Again the crew exceeded expectations and left the house and property better than they found it. ARC followed up with both me and my wife several times to make sure that we were satisfied with the work that was performed.

I highly recommend using ARC and when another hail storm inevitably hits our house in a couple of years, they will have my business again.

ARC Contracting did a full recovery on my industrial metal roof. The type of service they provide was recommended to us by our building manufacturer as the best refurbishment option. The employees, whether they were salespeople, managers, or installers, were friendly and professional, but also approachable on a personal level. The work was done quickly and looks fantastic. They provided topside photos of the work during installation and after completion. I was very happy with every aspect from pricing to follow up. I highly recommend them.
