If you go to the store definitely ask for the manager, Austin. He not only knows his products… But can recommend shoes and different product lines that some customers would’ve probably not even thought to look at and/or considered trying on. Due to his positive demeanor and quick understanding of my needs and wants with regards to footwear I was able to quickly find several items that I purchased.
I do hope that Rogans shoes understands what a complete asset they have with regards to having Austin as an associate at this store!

Had great customer service. Maysen was very knowledgeable and found what I was looking for. He also reminded me that I still had an 1/2 off offer that I had forgotten about. I will be back!

Went in to buy new tennis shoes, hoping to find some extra help. After searching endlessly for the perfect shoe, Ellie worked tirelessly to me find the right shoe. She got my accurate shoe size and recommended the best brands to me. Running has been much more pleasant with my new shoes thanks to Ellie! I LOVE my new Hokas!

What a great shopping experience & as always a great selection, if you don'tfind your shoes in store rememberthey can order it or find it nearby at another one of thier stores. Workers where friendly, cheerful and interested in finding the right footwear for you! As talked about employees should be able to share thier employee discount with the great customer that comes in! Lol.. All and all kudos to management & employees for making it a great place to shop at! 👍

Everyone's very helpful and friendly here. Was able to find shoes for the whole family. 🙌 good experience here. Alot of kids shoes selection here and thats nice.

Went there to get hubby specific steel toe shoes, decent selection. Had to pay attention to ones that were a certain percentage off instead of the buy one get one half off deal. She gave me the receipt that i can use to show in able to still distill getting a second pair for half off which I thought was great instead of having to get 2 potatoes to get hair off all over again.

Just had the bestest service there of all the times before that I've been there. I'm writing this to give a shout out to Maysen! From showing exactly where to where to look, to giving reasons for that particular shoe, to suggestions he'd recommend, to explaining store policy on returns and to his sunshine bright personality...that store has a gem of an employee there! I hope they know.

Wanda was very helpful finding us shoe options in the size my son needed. Saved us a ton of time.

When I arrived an associate asked me if she could help me and I asked her to help me find a specific shoe brand. She took me to where they were, I was looking for a certain style. They didn't have the style but had a newer style, I tried it on and liked it. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Roger at Rogan's is AMAZING!! He went above and beyond to help me find the best shoes for me. I will 100% be back.

The best selection, prices and customer service around!! Went here with my parents so my Dad could get a few pairs of safety shoes for work. While I was waiting, I looked around for some walking shoes and found an awesome selection of Asics for men! I heard these were the best and have been around forever. I had the nicest sales woman help me out with picking out the right pair for my foot type and size. I tried on only one pair, and they were absolutely perfect. She definitely knew her stuff!! So I got the one pair in one color and bought a second in a different color, taking advantage of their usual awesome deal, buy one get one half off!! They didn't have the second pair at this location, but the store across town did, so she had them shipped to my house for free right away!! Best value and selection and customer service period!! I definitely recommend Rogan's Shoes in Appleton to anyone and everyone who needs a new pair of quality footwear at an unbelievable price!!!
