We had an excellent experience purchasing a used Vespa from Joe! He was very helpful as we had never rode mopeds before, he went over everything about the moped. There were a lot of other people there purchasing much hirer value cars, but Joe took his time with us and was very thorough. The price was very fair and he was more than generous with accessories for the moped. We will definitely be back for future sales! Thank you Joe and Ryan!

I waited until after my first service to write a review here. I had an exceptional experience with this team. I knew I had the Aprilia Tuono 660 in my sights and this dealership had one left in stock. Upon arrival I felt welcome. No high pressure just a welcoming atmosphere. I expressed my interest in the Tuono and also was curious about the RS. The sales guy took me in back to check them out and sit on one to see if I liked it. I quickly found out the aggressive riding position just wasn’t for me. The owner helped step in and gave me even more knowledge about the bike (Tuono 660) since he rides Aprilia’s himself. Vey knowledgeable and made sure to go through the bike without being rushed (even though they were close to closing). Long story short. I showed them my approval letter from the bank and they locked that bike in for me. This was a Saturday evening. They said it would be ready Monday afternoon. And it was! They called me up and said the bike is ready and so is my paperwork. What I really enjoyed was I came in with my own financing with MY bank. I like doing business with my bank and most dealerships try to push and push you to use on they work with. Then they run your credit through them as well just to show you. I hate that. I already had my credit ran through my bank, you don’t need to do it. Well, Reina understood what I wanted and did not push and did not secretly run additional reports to other lenders. They respected my wants and I really praise them for this. I wanted to quickly run in the bike so I could get the first service completed before winter. I did just that. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning (9 am) and was there at 8:50 (i live 1.5 hours away). When I parked, a guy came over and asked if I needed some help unloading my bike. He was a mechanic on the automotive side that had not started work yet and still offered to help me.
The service team for the bikes and mopeds was a little late getting in that morning and the bugged me a little bit (9:30 am arrival). BUT they more than made up for it with getting my bike completed in a timely manner. I hung out in the dealership section where I had another great conversation with the owner about the bike and my future plans with it. When I checked out of service, the bill was much less than I was anticipating and they gave me some oil for my Aprilia Motard scooter at home and offered advice on how to change its oil. This group is nothing short of amazing. I will always come back here for my future needs. Thank you Reina International!

Great service and all done at a reasonable cost. Did routine service on my Ghibli and found the price to always be very reasonable.

By far the friendliest place to purchase a car I have ever been to. They stand behind their products 100% without hesitation. From the owner to all their employees, I felt a friendliness I can't really explain, especially on my first visit. They worked with me on purchasing the car I was interested in and all follow up services needed. Oil changes, etc. I highly recommend them to friends and will return for future purchases. Would give a 10 if possible.

Ok everyone THIS dealership is the real deal!! I called them because I searched online for a scooter I had been trying to find. The polite gentleman who answered said he would have someone call me back so I left my name and number....5 minutes later I received a call from Joe Reina..an owner no less, and he was in Chicago at the time but wanted to return my call!!! I did purchase the scooter and I must mention Pam in their Finance Dept. who was smart and kind, returning every call and text! We met Filippo at the end but we could tell he followed this deal from start to finish when he and his guys loaded up my new scooter in our truck while we finished the paperwork. BTW the gentlemen out in the shop were aware of us and we visited with these nice guys too.. All retailers take note... This wonderful dealership sells very beautiful and expensive cars and I was treated as if I purchased one of those! Thank you to everyone at Reina International for this awesome experience..just wish it was warmer!! 😁

Brought my Aprilia Tuono in after I had a service light come on. Roberto helped me throughout the whole process, he always kept me in the loop and walked me through the steps to fix my bike. Reina is an awesome dealer and I would recommend them to anyone. They charged a very fair price for all the work done, and got it done very quickly. They even went above and beyond and lubed my bike chain without me asking. Definitely will be going back!

I bought my car from here. I told Filippo what my budget was and what kind of car I was looking for. He found two options for me within days. The car was immaculately clean full tank of gas the customer service was amazing and everybody in the dealership was full of energy and charisma. I always refer people over to the dealership as I can trust they will take care of whoever I am referring over very well.

When the wife and decided we were going to get Vespas for ourselves we got in touch with Joe. He is a fantastic person and very friendly. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted and took care of us with no BS purchase process. While the Vespa I wanted was not in stock I can’t wait for it to show up soon. My wife has been enjoying hers for 2 weeks now. Joe and Filippo were fantastic to work with. We will be back for all our service needs and recommend them to anyone looking for Italian vehicles with 2 or 4 wheels. They know their stuff!!

We have been customers of Reina's service department for well over a decade where Lorenzo and his team have done wonderful work on our vehicles. Because of our trust in Lorenzo, when it came time to buy a car 10 years ago, it was on his advice that we chose the type of car we were seeking. Once we knew what we wanted Filipo and Joe went out and found us exactly what we wanted as it wasn't on the lot at the time. I am happy to say that car is still on the road, being driven daily, and serving us well.
