I met Jamie at the 2023 Chicago Pipe Show and we were able to talk about all the services that he offers. I had a nice 1968 Dunhill that needed a good cleaning and an older French Sommer that needed a stem. He gave my Dunhill a great cleaning, and found / made a really nice stem for my Sommer that fit the pipe perfectly. He is a class act and I would definitely use him again.

The owner is very Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable! He has a very large collection of pipes new and used vintage and estate pipes. He also has blocks to make your own pipes! There was sooo many pipes it was almost over whelming. If there's one you like pick it up hand it to Jamie and he makes it look brand new!!! When I was there he was planning to expand the shop, he does orders and repairs worldwide this isn't really a storefront more like a repair shop but definitely worth checking out on a weekend when you have time to go through boxes of pipes

They did an amazing job fixing, cleaning, and making my grandfathers pipe look as good as new. I really am very impressed with how great it looks, I imagine it looks like it did the day my grandfathers bought it decades ago. The prices where very fair, and the customer service was top notch.

Great prices and the owner Jamie is a class act. Would definitely recommend if you need pipe work done or are looking for an estate pipe.

Simply the best. If you're looking for a pipe, this is the place. Jamie was amazing to chat with and gave me pointers on packing my pipe. Call first, but the experience is totally worth it!

Fantastic workmanship for maintenance or repairs, prompt service. And a great selection of estate pipes reasonably priced. 5 stars all the way!

Insane attention to detail for repair work and rejuvenation. Insane prices in a good way. Insane inventory. About a thousand pipes. You'll find something you love every time.
