I used one of the realtors from Berkshire Hathaway Metro Realty company to sell my home. Her name is Shatonia Biles. This young lady went above a beyond to sale the home. These people are slum lords. The apartment I moved into had roaches. I reported that twice to them and also spoke with the exterminator that began coming out monthly. They were very unreasonable when it came to breaking the lease and releasing and they tried to send a $750 Bill to collections saying I owed them when I paid an extra months rent and they kept my $950 security deposit. They bank on people with lower incomes being ignorant in my opinion.

This place uses scare tactics and bullies the tenant. I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere for renting. They are not only rude and ruthless, they will not fix the rental property - leaks in the wall, went without a refrigerator for a YEAR. They will try to evict you over a LATE FEE when the rent is paid.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Please don’t rent from this company. The only good reviews are from employees. They don’t take responsibility for the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, but use scare tactics in order to place that responsibility on the tenants. The part that bothers me the most however is just the rudeness and lack of professionalism.

Was ultimately very disappointed with the way a profit was more important than understanding life circumstances. Would not recommend them unless you want a brokerage that only cares about the bottom line.

First time no show. We have been trying to see a house for two weeks.today she called at12 :05 wanted us to meet at 12:30 when we said that we're on the other side of town then she couldn't meet us we're giving up on that house didn't know Bershire was a part time reality company
