Fox Valley Birkenstock-Appleton

Today my boyfriend and I went in for Birkenstocks for him. The staff was Nice, Friendly and happy to assist the many people in store to make sure their shoe shopping experience was great! I was told on FB - (Birkenstock Appleton), that they had size 14 in men in the store. No store we have went to had and even online was alway out of stock, so I was ready for them to turn us down, but to my surprise they did indeed have them here and in a few different color options. GO SHOP HERE FOR THOSE LARGE SIZED BIRKENSTOCKS AND you’ll have a wonderful experience doing so. All thanks to the staff.

Haven't had any major issues at this store. Always been greeted and asked for help. I prefer any sales associate to leave me alone to shop by myself. Yes, their return policy does suck, but it is clearly posted. I will return because I get good deals on their Sale/Clearance.

My daughter and I received wonderful help as we picked out our new Birkenstock sandals. They grabbed our sizes quickly and we both LOVE our new sandals. They also helped me find a comfortable shoe for my busiest days in my own store and flower shop. Those shoes are my new favorites! To top off all our good service, my daughter forgot her winter coat. We live an hour away, so they volunteered to ship it at their cost. I adore the kind service and the smaller store convenience and the selection is fantastic.

Great selection of Birkenstocks, stopped in to check them out and wife and I both left with a pair, also carry other quality brands and reasonably priced. Great customer service as well!

I bought my first pair of Birkenstock’s on Saturday 6/27/21. Prior to going into the store I used Birkenstock’s size chart and I was a size 45. I called before hand and they had multiple in stock in different sizes. When I got there the lady that helped me was super nice, easy going & extremely knowledgeable on Birkenstock’s. She told me how to care for them, etc. I had my size narrowed down to a 45 or 44 and I ended up going with a 45. After leaving the store the 45’s just felt a bit big for me so I wore them around for a little bit on Saturday and decided the 44’s would’ve been a better fit. I decided to take them back to the store today since I had some time in my schedule. Alex or Adam, I believe Alex, was extremely helpful. He honored my return & swapped them right out for me for the correct size. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their first pair of Birkenstock’s. Shop here with confidence! I ordered my first rovers boots and I just love them. I got my boots the next day . Great service. Highly recommended!

I had a tough order, but they had what I needed! Waterproof, extra-wide and able for my extra-special feet to walk in!
