Truly an amazing experience, hands down the best dentists I've been too.

What a bizarre experience.

I wanted to understand what my copay was going to be ahead of the actual appointment. The receptionist refused to take down my insurance information over the phone. I won't speculate why every other dental office has this capability but this one.

The television in the reception had some trashy true crime channel on which I could not turn off nor ignore due to the sexual and murderous details of whatever program was on and the "Do Not Touch TV" sign on the the TV. I suggest bringing ear plugs.

When I was called, I attempted to pay my copay at the front desk but was then told to wait figuring I would pay when the procedure was complete. After an x-ray procedure I was escorted to the chair where I presumably was going to get my teeth cleaned and was asked to pay as I was sitting on the chair. I opened my wallet and did not have cash and the man who presumably was going to clean my teeth could not accept my card because it required him to 'login'. This is when I realized the whole situation was amiss and no longer trusted the people cleaning my teeth. I got up out of the chair I was asked to pay in and decided to cancel.

Go somewhere else if you have a choice. If not, bring a good attitude(they have this printed everywhere as a reminder to themselves) because there is some humor to be had at this office's expense.

No Stars...You should not be force to put a star. I had to put one in order for it to post for others to see. Very rude and unprofessional. This is unacceptable behavior. The staff refuses to answer the phone any day of the weekday. The mailbox is full. It doesn't matter if you call when they first open or any time during their business hours. They never answer the phone! Do not waste your time or energy with this dentist office.

This place almost killed me PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH Dr Syed worse place to be. This place doesn’t care about no one’s life it’s all about MONEY. They are extremely careless
