My shirts are always cleaned well, on time, and at a decent price. Service is great.

Since they don't have hours posted, I'm fairly sure they are 8-7 on weekdays, 8-4 on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

Very friendly and they do a great job. Turn around is slow but worth the wait.

Excellent Service!

I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed that I brought my $200 dress to get altered here. The job they did looks like one I could have done myself. The whole reason I took my dress to an establishment was so that it wouldn’t LOOK like a dress that has OBVIOUSLY been altered. I asked them to heighten the hem at the bottom and extend a slit. You can now see the underlining from the outside of the garment at the slit, the thread is also frayed and popping out, and the stitching of the new hemline is not in a straight line all the way around. This has cheapened the appearance of my whole dress. I would never take my business there again or recommend that anyone have a pricey garment altered there.
When I pointed out that the lining is now visible from the outside, the woman working there basically said that having it altered is the reason it looks that way now. So... how that came across to me was “then you shouldn’t have had it altered if you didn’t want the lining to be showing from the outside”. I asked that she give me a cheaper price than the $35 fee and she took $5 off, but it really wasn’t saving much because if I would have paid in cash I would have automatically gotten $5 off anyway.
I’m really upset and now My dress is not going to look the way I had hoped for the event I’m wearing it to.

FIRST AND LAST WASH
Provided unresponsive owner with written documentation from Pottery Barn manager, confirming that our permanently damaged $400 silk channel PB blanket had been cleaned improperly: washed vs. dry cleaned. Owner still, does not return calls and we visited the business twice, hoping for a reasonable resolution. This extremely costly, special blanket was in pristine condition, never been cleaned, and now, looks ten years old. Please share. We so hope no one experiences this😥

Stopped by middle of Friday - went out of my way to do so - when they say they’re open and there was no one around.
