Laundromat ate several of my quarters on two different occasions. It was very difficult finding someone to call about the problems as there WAS no number listed for them online or on Google until I MYSELF posted the owner's number on Google for people to contact. You can thank me that they now have a number posted. I had to jump through hoops to figure out how to get in contact with the owner from a business nearby. Mind you, no one actually works on site at the laundromat so there was no one to address my problems with their machines. I called the place next door to figure out the number of the person who owns the establishment. I have to readily admit though that when I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was extremely kind, extremely obliging and extremely understanding and gave me back my money 4 bucks in lost quarters. For that, I will give this place 2 stars. But a lot of the machines don't work properly and people poor water into them. It also costs a lot of quarters. To the owner, you were very kind over the phone and I appreciate your customer service and I thank you for that, but I won't be back until the machines work properly just to avoid this hassle again.

This place is terrible. 26 washers and dryers total out of order. Terrible machines. Put my money in 2 seperate machines for them not to work as well. And 1 dryer stopped functioning while in use. Rather go on the southside to do my laundry. No number posted anywhere for refund. Left my blankets smelling not fresh at all. Go anywhere but here!!!!

Many of the machines inoperable with the remaining machines being visibly dirty. I don’t think I’m too picky about where I do my laundry, but I honestly didn’t think it would come out clean here.

awful dirty place doesnt look like its ever cleaned or properly maintained hardly any dryers work insides are dirty stained my clothes & 2 washers didnt work even after i deposited coins and manager never answered phone nor responded wouldnt recommend using this DUMP

Not very clean. Most of the machines are out of order. Only reason I came here was because it was convenient.

Half the machines have "out of order" signs on them and half of the other half need "out of order" signs.

Try to find a dryer that works, whomever runs this place. I am thinking they live in squalor conditions.

Over half of the machines are inoperable, inexcusable way to run a business!!!!!
