Kindercare is an amazing establishment. As a mother I looked at many daycares in the area to look for a great place to bring my son. As an educator/mother I had many questions to ask when applying. The staff is very friendly and will go over and beyond to make sure to answer my questions. After ONE week my son was potty trained and learning his letter. His teacher is very kind and notifies me if he needs anything. I cannot thank Kindercare enough. I always know that when I leave I am putting my son in the best care.

I love this daycare. The teachers, the kids, the everything. More importantly, my son loves ‘his school’ and all his Teachers and friends. We get the perfect amount of kid art... not too much but enough where we have plenty to pick from for our memory boxes. We get to see plenty of pics and videos via the app. It’s always exciting to see and hear the new things he learns. I definitely recommend the Brown Deer KinderCare to anyone looking in the area.

Had a good feeling as soon as I walked in everyone was genuinely nice. The teachers and staff have great control of things I can tell it's an safe clean friendly environment where my kids could attend. This center definitely deserves an extra star to describe the security and care that’s applied to their daily ethic!!!! When your daughter wants to go to preschool on Saturdays and Sundays!😳😱😇😇(that’s a major blessing!) Every woman in that facility deserves a back pat and premium pay addition. Thanks again LADIES.... Lil Ms. Crawford appreciates it!

Definitely the worst place to send your child. They don’t watch the children for real and they’re always losing workers. They’ll unexpectedly close and tell you the day of, and sometimes the director isn’t even there. I had soooooo many ongoing problems with this daycare. I wouldn’t send my DOG to this place. Need to mention that they don’t have ANY cameras in the rooms. My son still to this day says that he was yanked by one of the teachers, and this was also confirmed by one of the other worker, but yet I have no way to prove it because THERE WERE NOT ANY CAMERAS. DONT send your kids here if you love them. Because they don’t give a damn about children, just money.

The worst company ever!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS DON’T SEND THEM HERE!! This daycare is very careless, neglectful and the building smells like a garbage and sewer when you walk in. They failed to read my child’s paperwork, failed to provide him a bottle he had a swollen eye and a bruised leg when he was picked up! He will never ever go to a childcare center because of KinderCare! They need to shut this place down and to never be reopened again. Please pull up the news regarding KinderCare. They also fired and rehired new staff in all of their facilities due to hiring teachers that were not professional trained nor certified and under aged to work. Kids were being hit in these facilities. They have no cameras to show what’s happening in they centers. The teachers looks a mess every last one of them very unprofessional and not clean by they appearances!! Please do your research read all reviews before placing your child in the care of KinderCare. Be blessed.

Where do I start with this place? Very unprofessional and negligent. My son went here only because of a certain teacher and when she quit, I pulled my child. They are in it for the money and not the well being of the children. My son would go all day with no milk and not getting his diaper changed in a timely matter resulting in a diaper rash. One day I picked him up and he had another child’s pacifier in his mouth, mind you I sent my child with his pacifier clip that has his name on it. They have no staff and the director was the one watching the kids. The way she talked to kids was a no for me. I walked in the front door and there’s a teacher holding a baby, gossiping to a parent about how it is there. My son last day I witnessed Crystal, office staff who was watching the kids due to no staff, drop a cot on one of the kids head. He was supposed to go for 3 more days but after that I pulled him immediately. I’m more than sure the parents weren’t notified. I highly recommend not sending your children here. After this experience we decided to never trust daycare.

I fell ill and they made the experience terrible for me by disenrolling my daughter because they wanted to have my daughter stay almost a month at home even after I was quarantined and she had 2 negative test results including the fact that she was not even staying with me when I got sick and was in quarantine. Making me start looking for daycare while in my sick bed. An experience I will never forget and do not count on them to show any support for parents when you need them the most. No proper consideration at all to even look at proof of her negative results.

Very dissatisfied with the recent experience I had at this location. The center director Alice was very rude, unprofessional, and is inexperienced. Hopefully the company finds someone that can better run this place because she isn't it. I was given the run around from day one and my child will definitely be going elsewhere. Now wonder this location had great reviews before they hired her. And I better get my registration fee back asap.

I went here for an interview the staff was very unprofessional the lady that was supposed to do my interview was sitting on the phone like I wasn’t there and this just gave me a real uneasy feeling like this is not the place for me very unprofessional
